    @ViCustomerCare I am from Sikar city in rajasthan which has now become 2nd largest education hub after kota in rajasthan and it's very crowded too but still vi network coverage and service is too poor that i can't even download a picture from whatsapp (1/2)

    @ViCustomerCare it's a cheap *** thing to disconnect our postpaid when we don't have any history of non payment. FYI, your service in our area is so bad and we want to shift to a better provider but your executives plead us not to. Today our postpaid connection was disconnected

    @ViCustomerCare my Vi SIM card is apparently "dead" since the last few hours. Device shows "No SIM Card". Already tried rebooting, re-inserting and trying it on a different phone, doesn't work. Other SIM cards work perfectly on the same device.

    Vi is incompetent enough to not able to resolve my issues pertaining to network. For almost 15 days dodged with different questions about network, signals, handset, area, etc. Finally, you lost a customer. Congrats. @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIN_News HAPPILY PORTED

    @ViCustomerCare I've been facing internet issue since morning. None of the application is running via Vi network except wifi . I've raised complaint but none of the customer care executive called me for fix this issue.

    @ViCustomerCare I have lost the signal of your network in my phone since 6 days now. Got in touch with your customer care support, but nothing works out. Very bad service. They do not resolve issues. Please do the needful at the earliest.

    @ViCustomerCare how it is possible that Vodafone system repeatedly says call was accepted on my phone but my phone does not show any call record? So how it is possible? Either your system is faulty or my iPhone is stupid does not record ONLY THE CALL WHICH WAS ACCPTED?😳

    @DoT_India Issue not resolved yet. Vodafone system is hacked or has issues. Customer care says - charge deducted for outgoing call Vodafone Twitter handle says - charge deducted for incoming call @ViCustomerCare #Vodafone_INDIA_SCAM #Vodafone_INDIA_HACKED
