    @TelecomTalk #VodafoneIdea will continue to lose subscribers if they do not strengthen their network coverage Pan-India overnight. Still, they don’t have Pan-India VoLTE & VoWifi @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS As soon as their 4G network coverage becomes robust, the tide will turn for sure.

    @ViCustomerCare Apart from scamming, please stop your annoying VAS calls. If a customer wants to choose any VAS he can do so on his own. We are not babies. Rather then mitigating your crisis, these malpractices will make you loose customers. I am seriously thinking to port my no.

    @ViCustomerCare Why do you keep activating VAS without me initiating it and then deduct money? This has been happening multiple times. Is your app programed to automatically send service activation requests from my phone? This is unacceptable.

    @ViCustomerCare I am Using Vi since 2010 then it was idea. now when i open WhatsApp,Netflix,Amazon ,Amazon Prime video its not working . When i chng my sim to BSNL it works good. What can i do now @ViCustomerCare . i think its ISP Problem pls solve this problem.

    @ViCustomerCare What happened to your network guys? Weather is just fine. Ppl are flying kites. Here it is taking 18 hrs to download a 25 MB pdf file. Come on . Very Fraustrating

    @ViCustomerCare Re 9811069090 Mockery of customer service u have deactivated existing SIM card n given me prepaid SIM for a post paid connection. Activate connection forthwith to enable me to port to other telecom. Without prejudice to approaching Consumer Forum for appropriate damages.

    @ViCustomerCare i had Launch speed related issue complaint on 13 Jan V9VDQUTFIC complaint Id And still this is the worst service I am getting I’m going to cancel my postpaid connection sorry to say , I’m not even getting sufficient data speed to connect WhatsApp
