    @ViCustomerCare It is OK now good stable speed . for 3-4 Days it was unstable 4g speed . VI should give importance for stability

    @ViCustomerCare Signal is very poor. I am unable to use net. You people are spending huge money on adds only. Try to spend to improve the infra for VI to provide seamless connectivity. My town pin 509001. Take a challenge to improve the connectivity and data speed.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia It has been nearly a month since the last HOLLOW FALSE CHEAT PROMISE of the refund being settled in a week. I am yet to get the HOLLOW FALSE CHEAT PROMISED refund. @TRAI Can you help? Or consumer court is the last option?

    @ViCustomerCare I got my number ported from VI to another service operator quite some time back but am still receiving over 10 promotion spam calls from VI daily. I have applied for DND in my current network. Please help me get these calls disabled!!

    @ViCustomerCare i am using two vodafone postpaid connections for last 12 years. one of my sim had frequent call drop. as per customer care i need to change my sim . i went to vi store with my driving licence and aadhar card. the guy over there processed with driving licence(1/4)

    @ViCustomerCare i am not able to make calls properly and every it say call failed I really disappointed with this network and i am studying in Bangalore HSR please do something and every time it switches 4G to 2G while calling
