    I made a prepaid recharge yesterday through Google Pay. The payment was successfully completed, and Google Pay shows “Recharge processed”, but the recharge has still not been credited to my Vi prepaid account. And im getting poor response from customercare. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I placed an order for a fancy number on 19 August, but despite 2–3 calls, I still haven’t received any clear update. Please look into this and provide a status ASAP. #Vi @ViCustomerCare very poor service
