    @ViCustomerCare I initiated the process. Payment for prepaid plan was also done but then at swlf kyc stage the page was unresponsive and not able to resume. Can you please help? I have the order number.

    @ViCustomerCare Till now problem not solved yet neither your engineer visit my address for checking the network you always gave a false promises, yet no any person came my location for checking my network problems....gyz i am very desatisfying for service of VI network day 1 gave false promises.
