    @ViCustomerCare No one is able to call my number. I keep calling but it keeps getting disconnected. Why is this happening to the Vi sim person? I've called from other SIMs too and they're having the same problem. Tell me what to do?

    I recently ported my SIM (9321112460) to Vi. The initial recharge has not been completed by the agent, and attempts to contact them have been unsuccessful 😔. This is my first exp with Vi, and the current support situation is concerning 😟🙏. @ViCustomerCare 📞

    @ViCustomerCare Having successfully switched to @airtelindia, I can now breathe a sigh of relief, no longer experiencing issues with the XXX network and International ghost call problem.

    @ViCustomerCare should improve their network coverage first. We were without any signal for 10 days in Himachal Pradesh. Saving grace were 1. Hotspot from another cell with a Jio sim 2. Hotel wifi

    @ViCustomerCare Not even 4g in kinathudavu west,642109. No use of taking dozen of complaints for past 3 years and so planning to portout. Why should I recharge for signal less network!!! Even BSNL gives 4g, but vi can't!!!! Shameful vi and worst network
