    @ViCustomerCare @vm351262 Vodafone idea is a fraud. Twice i have raised a request to close my Sim But all u r doing is to cancel my request and reintiate the billing cycle. If you are living in days of your beggary, Than u don't hold any rights to harrase the consumer and earn ur money.

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged with the ₹209 plan which clearly promised “Unlimited Caller Tunes for 28 days,” but I can’t activate any caller tune at all.Why advertise a service and charge for it if it doesn’t work? This feels like a scam. Either fix this immediately or explain.

    @ViCustomerCare Help me!! I changed my sim from post to pre paid and now they are asking to go to vendor who changed for recharge else i ain't able to make call What to do?? Literally it's frustrating
