    @NirmalDebNath8 @ViCustomerCare That's not all. Their customer service is the absolute worst. I can't receive calls for the last 20 days but they don't care to fix my issue. I think we should collectively port out of @ViCustomerCare. #FraudVodafoneIdea

    @ViCustomerCare bought a new SIM card and it is already past 24 hours but my card is not active with the basic plan I opted for. I paid online and not able to use the service till now. I have even DM support.

    @ViCustomerCare I hv complaint several times to your representative but no result....even this number belongs to Delhi Region and it shows "Roaming" here .....You have serious issues of Network......first work on tht...

    @ViCustomerCare one of the worst customer care I have seen ever. I have visited the store twice for postpaid to prepaid migration and called customer care, raised few complaints, mailed twice but still prepaid conversion was not done. I'm Going to do MNP with airtel.

    Day 20 of begging @ViCustomerCare for help. Not receiving calls/SMS on my primary SIM. Not able to do any bank transactions because I can't receive even OTPs. How cruel can a company be? Still finding out. Please stay away from Vi. #FraudVodafoneIdea #FraudVi

    @ViCustomerCare I have been chasing on network complaint thru DM. Nobody helping me since Saturday. I am facing frequent network issue of call drop, no calls are being connected to other networks except vi or jio, data network fluctuations. Pls respond ASAP on DM.

    @ViCustomerCare really worst customer service in serving the customers. Last 20 days going to their store in Guntur , brodiepet for change of ownership due to father demise . No response
