  @ViCustomerCare Shame on you. I have requested to port my mom's vi connection to @airtelindia. They told lies to cancel the port request. Today morning called us saying to cancel Vi services and to change to new network i need to send <CANCELph no> to 1900. It was fraud @TRAI

  They even told us our vi connection will be terminated within few days and can change to new network. I couldn't reach the coustomer care of @ViCustomerCare and the no. They called (8244024050) was invalid when i called back

  I'm not able to send or receive any SMS frim my VI number from more then a week now and the customer care do not take it seriously. 1st of all they do not talk properly and then they just ask to wait. It's the worst service I have ever received from anyone. @ViCustomerCare
