  @ViCustomerCare Very much disappointed with the services... Bad network and internet stopped working... Even tried to reach out customer care over the call but it stopped as couldn't arrange the call happened more than 5 times

  I had bought a new VI SIM, I have not been able to service it even for a day because there is no signal here. When I lodged a complaint, I was told to call the company. My experience with VI is absolutely terrible. @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare 2/ After moving overseas, I discovered my Vi SIMs had no network because International Roaming was not active. Without network, I couldn't receive OTPs, banking messages, or important calls.

  @ViCustomerCare I m using Vodafone my number from last more then 15 years and I must say that now Vi is giving pathetic network in India, zero customer service at store, very very disappointed I request to people do not buy Vi network at any cost

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Spam sales call from Vi number 09619629140 pushing real estate. Using regular numbers for telemarketing is illegal under TRAI rules. How long will you keep enabling this? Fix it immediately. #SpamCalls
