    @VodafoneIN Vodafone network in my village is very much inaccessible.I am forced to get my Vodafone number ported even after many complaints.I am very disappointed with Vodafone customer service.But once again i request you to make arrangements for Vodafone tower in our village.

    Complaint by VI customer that his no. has been switched off by Vodafone & now VI not activating it despite all bills being clear. The Ph is associated with Bank accounts and he is afraid it's a deliberate fraud by VI. Total blackmail. Pls help @AshwiniVaishnaw @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately

    @ViCustomerCare now I understand why you are loosing your customers. For a Postpaid customer you start calling daily 5 times before due date. Creating unnecessary nuisance. Finally customer no choice but to left your base.
