@VodafoneIN Vodafone network in my village is very much inaccessible.I am forced to get my Vodafone number ported even after many complaints.I am very disappointed with Vodafone customer service.But once again i request you to make arrangements for Vodafone tower in our village.

@ViCustomerCare I'm from Uttar Pradesh My issue is With My Area Tower and Latency (PING) issue, When doing Vidio Call and Opening some App There will not opening properly and showing your(Connection Error),i think My are Tower having Some issue or Can be In Tower Latency(PING)

@ViCustomerCare It's very disappointing that internet speed have been demoted but we have to pay 25% extra. There is also no pack queue system in Vi. Please look into call quality because it's very bad for about 1 month and internet speed is also very slow.

@ViCustomerCare I'm very much disappointed with your new scam if automatically starting any service and cutting main balance. Already talked with your customer service agent several times in last 5 days. Vodafone Idea is worst company for sure in recent times. 100% porting in coming week.

Every day I came back my home for job, I just want to use mobile internet but sadly I didn't do that because @ViCustomerCare provide me worst experience, signal shown 4G, but speed like 2G, 2G was the better at that time. #battlingwithcancer

@ViCustomerCare Worst service by Vi. I bought two numbers from VI STORE JYOTI CHOWK, JALANDHAR CITY on 3rd Nov 2021. I am still waiting for network on both Sim cards to call 59059 for verification. Feeling very harassed due to such poor service by Vi to his consumer.
