  @VodafoneIN Vodafone network in my village is very much inaccessible.I am forced to get my Vodafone number ported even after many complaints.I am very disappointed with Vodafone customer service.But once again i request you to make arrangements for Vodafone tower in our village.

  The service of telecom companies has become so poor that leave aside Mbps, even the speed of Kbps is not coming well. Money is taken from the customer for 4G and Kbps speed comes, very poor service. In which @airtelindia @reliancejio & @ViCustomerCare is the worst service.🥴🥴🥴

  @ViCustomerCare I have been complaining abt cl drop and bad internet for 2 months now but all went in vain, today i have been told that my area is a low coverage one and work is going on and they can’t promise a fixed time. Time to switch to @airtelindia

  @ViCustomerCare Hi I have been a Vi user for more than a decade now . I had some work so I visited Vi sector 12 Dwarka Delhi branch there is this guy Sumit who I had met few days back too this guy is so casual as if he is doing a favour to the customer . This job isnt for him

  Yesterday i order a vi premium sim and i did the payment of 10000 rs. someone called and say.need to order again this we will have to cancel it.ur team cancel my order. And after that i got a message that your refund has been completed but still i didn't got @ViCustomerCare
