    @VodafoneIN Vodafone network in my village is very much inaccessible.I am forced to get my Vodafone number ported even after many complaints.I am very disappointed with Vodafone customer service.But once again i request you to make arrangements for Vodafone tower in our village.

    @sundar_s1955 @ViCustomerCare Sir, I had similar experience and Vodafone management was interested in resolving the issue, though I was the customer for longest period.

    @ViCustomerCare Your services and facilities are generally excellent. However, in the smaller villages, your towers are located at a distance of 3.5 to 4 kilometers. Consequently, network coverage is very poor. Therefore, smaller towers should be installed in these small villages as well.
