  @VodafoneIN Vodafone network in my village is very much inaccessible.I am forced to get my Vodafone number ported even after many complaints.I am very disappointed with Vodafone customer service.But once again i request you to make arrangements for Vodafone tower in our village.

  @ViCustomerCare recharged with 3495/- on my wife’s vi number 8826314233. But as soon as she landed in Europe (Zurich, Switzerland) this sim is out of service. We have tried manual selection of n/w as well it is switching to auto select and giving error.Need refund. 📞9413717821.

  @ViCustomerCare worst customer service, I have my number blocked since 10 days. No help from local Vi store as well as email team. Just keep on extending timelines with no proper help.

  Still waiting for a proper resolution/refund despite sharing all details, tickets, and explaining that SIM exchange is not possible because the original owner is outside India. Requesting Vi to please resolve the matter fairly. @ViCustomerCare @nch1915 @ConsumerVoiceIn
