    @VodafoneIN Vodafone network in my village is very much inaccessible.I am forced to get my Vodafone number ported even after many complaints.I am very disappointed with Vodafone customer service.But once again i request you to make arrangements for Vodafone tower in our village.

Please share the locations of the retail touch-points for the PIN code. also,I would like to understand why a representative can visit for KYC in case of a new sim, but not for duplicate sim KYC 1/2

    Really frustrated with (VI) 😡 Internet barely works, no proper support, and yet the recharge plans are getting more expensive every time. Paying more for worse service is just not acceptable! @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India

    Hi @ViCustomerCare, my number ending 6949 was due for activation at 11:31 PM on 27 Jul after porting, but it still shows No Service. My old SIM is already inactive. I cannot make calls, receive SMS/OTPs, use data, or log in to work systems. Please activate it urgently.
