    @DoT_India @rsprasad @PMOIndia @TRAI @SanjayDhotreMP I get very poor 4G speeds of just 50kbps at my location. please intervene in the matter ASAP. I don't think @VodafoneIN is taking any steps in resolving the problem.

    The bad experience with @VodafoneIN continues. Like when one want to port to pre-paid , you are doing paper transactions? Only cash payment is accepted, when PMO is promoting digital payment ? Customer need to go and find Xerox m/c and ATMs?

    @ViCustomerCare @vm351262 Vodafone idea is a fraud. Twice i have raised a request to close my Sim But all u r doing is to cancel my request and reintiate the billing cycle. If you are living in days of your beggary, Than u don't hold any rights to harrase the consumer and earn ur money.

    @Sambhavjs @ViCustomerCare Same issue here. It’s been 3 days and my SIM still hasn’t been delivered. Every time I contact customer care, I get the same repeated promise but no real update. This kind of delay and lack of clarity is really frustrating. Please look into this. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Why are the recharge plans of 28 days? Why do we need to recharge 13 times in a year of 12 months? I use JioFiber Wifi. Even they provide the service for 30 days.

    @ViCustomerCare VI Team, I have recently ported my SIM from JIO to VI. However, your agent Mr. Naushad sitting in Laxminagar Delhi has not processed or credited my first recharge. Due to this issue, I am currently unable to make calls, which is causing significant inconvenience
