@ViCustomerCare everyday since 5-6 months, 2-4 calls in a day, even weekends, executives calling asking “service feedback “! Wtf is wrong with you? DM me and Please ensure not a single call gets made after this complaint, literally going to file a consumer complaint otherwise!

@ViCustomerCare Vodafone-Idea boasts of having lion's share in communication but they're not at all customer friendly. Very shameful on their part that it's almost going to be a month, they have not refunded my money despite repeated requests and reminders.

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup They have provided so many numbers as premium on their website. I am surprised that they charge a.big sum of money for the numbers. But the order gets cancelled everytime . Why are the numbers posted in website if they have technical issues ?
