@ViCustomerCare Nowadays your 4g connection is too slow that i had to switch to 3g to even open twitter and write this. Even a sloth moves faster than this. Im switching to some other networks soon

@ViCustomerCare Such a pathetic resolutions from your side, facing issue whenever i send text messages 4G connection drops to G and it reconnects after 2-3 minutes to 4G from last 1 year. I'll look to port out soon. @airtelindia @reliancejio Is there any offers from your side??

@ViCustomerCare I was trying to reach vi customer care. An ivr was played from your side saying 'is call ko jari rakhne ke liye 1 dabaye' . Same issue faced while calling to icici customer care. I've balance in mobile n free calling pan. Able to call other normal calls

@ViCustomerCare Is it a bluff to me or a false assurance.There wasn't any response from your team regarding my complaint, absolutely they neglected my genuine complaint...today I repent to be a user of VI.
