    @ViCustomerCare The network is still poor, internet barely works, and calls frequently disconnect. To make matters worse, my complaint was closed without resolving the issue. How can a complaint be marked as resolved when the issue still exists and your own engineer acknowledged it?

    @ViCustomerCare You have asked same repeatedly questions. 1. Since when ? Ans. Network problem happens any time any day. 2. Location? Ans. Refer previously given. Note: this is not only location specific or since how long. This is matter of continuing the good network services. @TRAI
