    My number is still not activated despite multiple visits to the Vi Gallery. I was told the only option is to convert it to postpaid, else discard the number. This is unacceptable. Please help resolve this urgently @ViCustomerCare

I am going to port to JIO. JIO people at least listen to the problem. I have been telling them this for 4 months

    @ViCustomerCare Having successfully switched to @airtelindia, I can now breathe a sigh of relief, no longer experiencing issues with the XXX network and International ghost call problem.
