@ViCustomerCare pathetic service by Vodafone no network maximum time in jammu & Kashmir there is no use to convert prepaid to postpaid waist of money while shift to prepaid to postpaid there is 300/-rs charges by gallery and no use it's horrible

@ViCustomerCare Network is poor in prayagraj, Kareli area. Call is being dropped frequently, kindly dm to adress the concern. Issue is more with idea sim holder.

@ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia I just requested to change my plan from 999 to 699 and it's been 2 days my network is gone. After repeated visits to Vi Gallery, no help whatsoever. Disgusting and helpless. @rmstakkar Need your intervene Sir !
