I went to your store near by home, they told go to main store then i went to mehadipatnam, Hyderabadu store. They told a silly reason, they don't have power supply. ****.. i feel pity. @ViCustomerCare

I continuously keep getting calls telling me to pay my bill as it’s over due , I have paid my bill on 10th of September but yet your system hasn’t updated it . On complaint, I was told I have to pay my bill every 15 days which I have never heard off before .contd @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I have already complaint many times on ur customer care many times but no one in new VI seems to be customer centric my request is with @TRAI to take strict actions . I am sending my no in DM - with 5-7 days if it remain unresolved I will port out from ur services

Executive here refused to issue new sim card, said that we don't issue any new sim cards. Futher talking he revealed that he doesn't know about VI prepaid plans. Earlier he was ready to issue a new sim card with a higher recharge plan. #vi @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS
