    @ViCustomerCare since 7th December my VI number is out of order due to your negligence. Complaint no ODI-V00737317228 has been registered on 7th December. But no action so far. Is it Voda Idea cellular network or Tahasil Department ?

    @ViCustomerCare i am facing network problems First thing i am facing 4g internet speed getting worse internet speed i am not able to browse anything. call drop issue. If i call someone my 4G VOLTE network turns into 3G network.Too much of a call drop.@TRAI @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare HOW IS POSSIBLE THAT VI KEPT 2 DIFFERENT RECHARGES WITH SAME AMOUNT. IN RUPEES 299 CUSTOMER WILL GET 1.5GB/DAY AND IN ANOTHER RS 299 CUSTOMER CAN GET 2GB/DAY. I RECHARGED FOR 2GB/DAY BUT I GOT 1.5GB/DAY. WHY THIS KIND OF CHETING WITH CUSTOMERS?

Network gone in my village on 3PM on 2May I am working on work from home and i need to be in contact I ported bcoz they can recover from loses & now due to this now i am facing loses & also neend to connected on wifi bcoz volte gets off during calls & text msgs @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare even after repeated comlaints the problems i m facing from last 15 days is still unresolved. it seems the company is no more interested to provide quality services to consumers. so i hav no other options than porting my number to other service providers
