    @ViCustomerCare When i didn't pay it u guys discontinued my outgoing, i was assured on call that if pay remaining 700 something u guys will restore my old plan & my service would resume . When i paid u guys didn't restore my old plan . Plus send me an additional bill of 1100

    @ViCustomerCare @vi_news Frauded by VI customer care, they shifted prepaid nos of my family to family plan. Now @ViCustomerCare has blocked outgoing call of two of my nos 9088240054 & 9874769755 due to wrong address verification. Both are business numbers. Facing huge loss. #Help

    @ViCustomerCare I had an issue for 4 months' time for Network Issue, no resolution yet, Now I want to change the plan, but still no solutions. there are no customers care who can take serious note of this. The option is to move out from Vodafone
