@ViCustomerCare since 7th December my VI number is out of order due to your negligence. Complaint no ODI-V00737317228 has been registered on 7th December. But no action so far. Is it Voda Idea cellular network or Tahasil Department ?

Vodafone changed my monthly plan without consent (!) and is now threatening me to pay the bill otherwise face legal charges. I tried reaching the customer service but no help and moreover I am not even in the country right now. Pathetic #CustomerExperience @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Hi, we have resolved your network complaint no. GUJ-V00754070987. With this, you should not face any further network issues. Just in case you arent happy with our resolution, you can appeal at 198 (Toll Free) within 30 days.

@ViCustomerCare Sent both my Vi and alternate number as DM. I am expecting a quick resolution to this issue. I don't even think it's ethical for a company to change the plan w/o the customer's consent. #vodafoneidea #CustomerService
