    @ViCustomerCare have been facing network issue ever since it became vi.. reported many a times.even vi appellate twice took 3 months times. no improvement in network. Can't even make a call, but charging full bill.Tried to port many times but ur executives make false promises.

    @ViCustomerCare I am just tired of Vodafone services and its custome care people. It’s been 1 month now my Internet connectivity issue has not been resolved. Every time I make a complaint, I am assured that the network team will resolve the issue on a priority but nothing happens

    My Vodafone bill is always higher. it adds VAS service charges which I never use. They increase the bill amount by more then 50/- every alternate month. I have complained a lot many times, now I want to change my service provider.@vodafone @TRAI @ViCustomerCare
