    ODI-V00737317228 is a network issue since 7th December. First assured me same will be solved within 11th December. But now date is extended upto 14th December. Is it Aditya Birla Idea cellular service or state govt Tahasil Department ? @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare since 7th December my VI number is out of order due to your negligence. Complaint no ODI-V00737317228 has been registered on 7th December. But no action so far. Is it Voda Idea cellular network or Tahasil Department ?

    Dear @ViCustomerCare Thank U so much for providng me such a horrible experience in past few months. I M unable 2 bare it now & only option is 2 switch.1st U didn't respect my words & 2nd U have 0 NETWORK. Hope U will not give me such pain @airtelindia & @reliancejio if I opt U

    @ViCustomerCare No response and resolution yet. I'm waiting for the resolution since July for the recharge issue and I've been assured several times for the resolution. No one taking action against the @ViCustomerCare and no one bother to resolve the issue. @DoT_India please look into it.

    @ViCustomerCare Airtel and Jio are mushrooming everywhere. While it’s difficult to find a VI store near us. You are literally forcing us to port to other networks. If you don’t want to invest in VI store Realestate, that’s absolutely fine, you can have service home delivered.
