    ODI-V00737317228 is a network issue since 7th December. First assured me same will be solved within 11th December. But now date is extended upto 14th December. Is it Aditya Birla Idea cellular service or state govt Tahasil Department ? @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare since 7th December my VI number is out of order due to your negligence. Complaint no ODI-V00737317228 has been registered on 7th December. But no action so far. Is it Voda Idea cellular network or Tahasil Department ?

Why am I being penalised and harassed for information gap between you and your other employees ? 3. How do you plan to compensate a long term loyal customer for the trouble caused by your INFORMATION GAP.

    Very disappointed @ViCustomerCare. I activated IR recharge after traveling to Mexico but still getting “No Service”. Your team asked for eSIM documents, I already submitted everything but still no eSIM or resolution. Please resolve urgently. @TRAI @DoT_India
