    @ViCustomerCare since 7th December my VI number is out of order due to your negligence. Complaint no ODI-V00737317228 has been registered on 7th December. But no action so far. Is it Voda Idea cellular network or Tahasil Department ?

    ODI-V00737317228 is a network issue since 7th December. First assured me same will be solved within 11th December. But now date is extended upto 14th December. Is it Aditya Birla Idea cellular service or state govt Tahasil Department ? @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare

    Numerous calls and Service requests raised, none addressed and closed automatically after been assured of a resolution within 24hrs. Also do not refer to 199 as your “Customer Care” number, please refer to it as “Careless for Customer” number @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup

No management, no resolution to complaints, no knowledge network team, harassment , fake Assurances.Only money minting company in country from Customers pocket and cheating customers.
