    @ViCustomerCare since 7th December my VI number is out of order due to your negligence. Complaint no ODI-V00737317228 has been registered on 7th December. But no action so far. Is it Voda Idea cellular network or Tahasil Department ?

    ODI-V00737317228 is a network issue since 7th December. First assured me same will be solved within 11th December. But now date is extended upto 14th December. Is it Aditya Birla Idea cellular service or state govt Tahasil Department ? @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare its been more than a month now I am facing continuous network fluctuations in my area for idea prepaid sim. In my family we are using 4 sim (all r idea prepaid). I am not getting any range for calling in last week. Range problem is not just in my area but (1/2)
