@ViCustomerCare There are frequent call drops during incoming calls. Complaint was regd vide CHN-VN01199969878, but it has been shown as resolved without even contacting me. What a bad customer service. Spoken to call centre also, they are not able to help. Pls look into urgently

So @ViCustomerCare says no due and let's u do MNO to another network and comes back after a month and tells there is a due and makes the other network stop the sim from working. @ViCustomerCare - new low even for you. Guess I will port my other number as well.

Have complaint more than 20 time since 3 month to @ViCustomerCare still no any solution . When I call on 198 today they intentionally cut my call while I am saying my problem , this is the 2nd incidence from 198 customer care. lsst date for redressal is 3feb, still no solution
