    What's happening @ViCustomerCare Mobile network problem is coming from last three days. There is no sound coming or going while talking, after disconnecting the call if i called same number then call is not connecting.

    @ViCustomerCare I m n old customer wt family plan of vodafone bt nt getting proper network & data spd snce bfr vodafoneidea merger anunced. Complaints hv bn md several tms 4 my roaming lctn network issue since a yr. Vi tm is harassing with huge network issues&changed bill pln.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS If you are unable to solve customer's complaints,please shut your network.Dont play with customers. I have raised a complaint and i want to know the status, I'm trying to reach customer care but you have blocked me. Please don't buy VI sim.

    @ViCustomerCare : total idea network blackout since 9:00AM, 20th sep on my mobile,(Pune). Your customer care asked me to wait for a call back untill 25th sep. Is this a joke? All my work is on hold due to the mobile being out of reach. Kindly fix it.

    @ViCustomerCare Myself from Vns, Request my number for re-issue after mobile theft , started as a postpaid since last 45-days but no o/g calls, and bill also raised. This fraud, Rajeshwar, your representative 9839090610, is not recieving calls as we have given documents to him.

    @ViCustomerCare What pathetic service I my recharge of 409 on 15 September and amount was deducted from Paytm app but recharge was not done and I haven't recieved the refund till now @Paytmcare tell to contact @ViCustomerCare and vice versa.i want my refund asap
