    Yes @VodafoneIN Has very poor network at my place too and this time i am not even paying the bill beacuse its of no use .

    @ViCustomerCare given you'll all the feedback asked for on DM but our phones are all not working today. Unfortunately all our phones are in Vi network so no alternate number possible. Great service.

    Not sure why @ViCustomerCare is losing clients. All they have is just "bad customer service" at powai outlet by Shraddha and Ismat. Rest everything is okay I guess.

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare STILL OUTSTANDING. Karishma from Customer calls and hangs up on me. Earlier she promised resolution by July 22 but nothing done till now. I keep asking you to provide call logs of when Network tried to call but despite multiple calls no logs! Customer Care at its WORST

    @rahulroushan @ViCustomerCare I just changed a phone. Neither of my Vi sim cards could register on the network or get APN settings. I finally got one to work by changing network to 2G only, then copied its APN manually to the other card. Took three hours to do all this trial and error R&D.

    @ViCustomerCare Ur customer care centre representatives r helpful..but my network has gone from 4G to E.They said its a problem possibly in area.. will take roughly 3 days to solve..how can one live w/out data for 3 days..complaint should be resolved in 1 hour...1 day is max.
