@ViCustomerCare Can you tell me when customer came VI network to port in from other company, it requires 15days to complete the process for Assam state, then why my nearest VI store keep the recharge amount Rs.300/- advance before 15 days.?

@ViCustomerCare I could take their call, they disconnect it and then send me mail that they could not connect me and that my grievance has been resolved. I will send you a copy of the complaint also which I have made earlier but no action has been taken on it except unnecessarily harassing me.
