    @VodafoneIN This is Damodara Naidu. I am using idea post paid connection from 2003 onwards. This is Dept. Number. Recently disconnected with out my knowledge. After clearing of dues it’s not resumed since 15 days. Poor service. My number 9848528582

    @ViCustomerCare Have explained the same thing over and over again to 5-6 customer care executives since the last 2 days. Nothing has moved. Everytime someone calls me and tries to explain billing to me! It is crazy how customer care has no clue about the case despite talking to so many people

    @ViCustomerCare This is a serious billing mistake that you need to rectify asap. I have been a loyal customer of Vodafone and I don’t understand how you can treat me like this. If this is how you treat your old customers, no doubt you won’t be left with many soon. @rmstakkar
