  @VodafoneIN This is Damodara Naidu. I am using idea post paid connection from 2003 onwards. This is Dept. Number. Recently disconnected with out my knowledge. After clearing of dues it’s not resumed since 15 days. Poor service. My number 9848528582

  Hey @ViCustomerCare I tried to remove my number from family plan. My primary number received call from your customer care and even after saying I want to remove the number. The customer care said it'll be resolved and and me back in the family plan. I want resolution for this.

  If travelling abroad , never ever buy a @ViCustomerCare pack... it's the most hopeless service provider. Not only does the network service is poor, they bill you beyond the free minutes. Terrible service,disappointed @ViCustomerCare .

  @ViCustomerCare I haven't been able to get a good network for five years. The situation is even worse now, with no proper call or data connection. I've filed thousands of complaints on 198 and the VI app regarding network signal and speed issues, but there's still no.

  @ViCustomerCare I was using iMessage and FaceTime normally on Jio. After porting to Vi and doing ₹365 recharge, it stopped working and shows “network provider may charge for sms messages used to activate FaceTime and iMessage ” error. Please enable international SMS on my num

  @ViCustomerCare its 3 days since i raised my complaint here to get a new sim card . The executive at the store told me that pan card (original) can not be used as it is in b&w. This is clearly age descrimination. Please provide me email address of your legal department.
