@VodafoneIN This is Damodara Naidu. I am using idea post paid connection from 2003 onwards. This is Dept. Number. Recently disconnected with out my knowledge. After clearing of dues it’s not resumed since 15 days. Poor service. My number 9848528582

@JioCare @janeshrana I'd ported out of Jio to @ViCustomerCare due to slow internet. But they're worse, and I'd like to port back. My home circle is Kerala, but currently residing in Tamilnadu. Can you help me port to ur network w/o going to Kerala?

@ViCustomerCare very very very poor service in our area. Frequently call drop. Voice call of 3 min is disconnected almost 4 to 5 times showing "NETWORK BUSY". And this is repeatedly happening since last 7 days.

Waiting to solve my complaint. @ViCustomerCare ask to update vi app every few days but does not provide network to do that. Very very disappointed towards service.Everytime i complain for same issue everytime get new complain number so that they can saw previous complain resolved
