    @VodafoneIN This is Damodara Naidu. I am using idea post paid connection from 2003 onwards. This is Dept. Number. Recently disconnected with out my knowledge. After clearing of dues it’s not resumed since 15 days. Poor service. My number 9848528582

    Can't even port out as the porting request doesn't work. What to fo to recover my recharge value @ViCustomerCare ? How can I port to any other operator. Since you can't serve in any manner, then provide a way out. Does @TRAI has any idea about the customers issues?

    @ViCustomerCare Mr Mukesh has advised to get this number to be allocated to this store then only he will be able to help else he can't help in this regard further. Please get this number assigned to store asap so that he can get some work done user is ready for kyc like banks are doing #vodafone
