    @VodafoneIN This is Damodara Naidu. I am using idea post paid connection from 2003 onwards. This is Dept. Number. Recently disconnected with out my knowledge. After clearing of dues it’s not resumed since 15 days. Poor service. My number 9848528582

    @ViCustomerCare I got a new prepaid vi number yesterday, via home delivery. Till now my balance is showing as 0, but i have already paid 299. There is no way to call your customer care, kindly resolve the matter asap.

    @ViCustomerCare @KumarMBirla @rmstakkar Ur internet service is very terrible, it's all the time. Customer service doesn't work. 199 and 198 not available. Without internet you can't complain on vi app. Even if we try, there is virtual assistant. Its horrible totally.

    @ViCustomerCare All are waste. If 2g speed is experienced on 4g network,then you don't even surf properly.

    @ViCustomerCare It's been raining 🌧 in Maharashtra since yesterday I'm aware that my Vi network may fluctuate here n there, but since morning I have been unable to access the Internet through mobile data.Please improve ur network my online lectures have been disrupted cuz of it

    @ViCustomerCare Yesterday your customers care executive came my place he checked internet speed and the network coverage and thanks for this approach but internet speed was yesterday little better but today is not ok and please improve and thank you for sending your customer executive
