    @VodafoneIN This is Damodara Naidu. I am using idea post paid connection from 2003 onwards. This is Dept. Number. Recently disconnected with out my knowledge. After clearing of dues it’s not resumed since 15 days. Poor service. My number 9848528582

    @ViCustomerCare All the download and upload speed is fine but whenever I try to play online games using VI why there is a continuous 200-300 ping? I tried different locations, devices and sims but this issue is only with VI. This issue may lead to shift at other sim operators.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS I have had the worst experience of using Vodafone. What a terrible service. You block sms service if not used even if I pay for it?? I need my sms services reactivated immediately.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst Internet , No missed call alerts even after activating by main balance for an year. And now unable to talk on 4G network because of fluctuating voice of called person. Unable to send messages to Airtel number. Refund my all money i have recharged for
