    @VodafoneIN This is Damodara Naidu. I am using idea post paid connection from 2003 onwards. This is Dept. Number. Recently disconnected with out my knowledge. After clearing of dues it’s not resumed since 15 days. Poor service. My number 9848528582

    @ViCustomerCare Of the 49 subscribers 28 have migrated. And recently I renewed for data pack of your GIGANET. Lo behold. That's even worse. It does not work anywhere in Chennai. I heard the same issue with my friends too. If you think you can resolve call on 8838638564.

    @ViCustomerCare M using Idea sim for more then 6 years..But i never got a good speed an range in my home please put a network booster in near my home so that I don't have to change the sim card...And i even don't want tk change it please help me

    @ViCustomerCare it is truly disappointing to note that Vodafone's network is very bad especially on OMR Chennai. No technical support at all. Seriously thinking of migration to another service provider.

    @ViCustomerCare Very pathetic customer service. 3 days past but complain not resolved.Obtained my adhar card for postpaid connection and generated the bill in the other name,and none of your executive concern about that. I think BSNL is giving better service in compare of you.

    @Devoted_Monk @ViCustomerCare Waise Vodafone is good from last 3 months. From yesterday I am having issues. Maybe something with server. Because jitter is very high

    @ViCustomerCare Cc told me wrong charges will be reversed but same is yet not done and now cc saying it will not be done Pls solve the issue asap or suggest the process to convert for pre-paid

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for your prompt response. Only hope the solution is as fast as your reply. Since more than a year, many Vodafone subscribers in our community have been complaining. There is SURELY a technical problem which has not been addressed at all. All we get is lip service and sorry
