    @VodafoneIN This is Damodara Naidu. I am using idea post paid connection from 2003 onwards. This is Dept. Number. Recently disconnected with out my knowledge. After clearing of dues it’s not resumed since 15 days. Poor service. My number 9848528582

    I’m sure I’m not the first and sorry to say but companies like @ViCustomerCare should shut down shop if they can’t provide basic service to customers. My phone number has been down since 2 days and there is absolutely nobody doing anything about it. It’s a shame.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI. I have active pack and I have also available main account balance but why I am not send msg for port out request. I have validity till 9 October and main balance available so why I need msg pack or plan above 129 for msg @PMOIndia Please help
