    @VodafoneIN This is Damodara Naidu. I am using idea post paid connection from 2003 onwards. This is Dept. Number. Recently disconnected with out my knowledge. After clearing of dues it’s not resumed since 15 days. Poor service. My number 9848528582

    @VodafoneIN @akshayamoondra Rem.124: Your network is 0.9 mbps at Balaji, Upkar Colony, Delhi-84. Your SIMs were recharged several times but your network never responded. Nobody contacted from VI till date. Very disgusting. 9210365089, 8586861991, 8178082002 (✓}.

    @ViCustomerCare few days ago I raised a port req from vi postpaid to jio prepaid after that vi agents started calling me and forced to cancel the port but after that 4 days past no response as they told i will get a new sim.. And i lost 239rs of recharge to a dummy sim cuz to vi

    @ViCustomerCare @GCRitesh · 56s @ViCustomerCare The customer service centre at Goregaon West claims e -sim facility is only available for postpaid customers. Please confirm if its true so I can port to some other service provider.
