    @VodafoneIN This is Damodara Naidu. I am using idea post paid connection from 2003 onwards. This is Dept. Number. Recently disconnected with out my knowledge. After clearing of dues it’s not resumed since 15 days. Poor service. My number 9848528582

    @ViCustomerCare Also just got information that the customer care person has deactivated my international roaming in their own will and fancy....without my consent...when I am stilll on roaming..this is utter bad response from @ViCustomerCare to make people suffer. Horrible than ever.

    @ViCustomerCare you have one of the worst customer service. I exchanged my sim and its still not activated more than 30 hrs now. Worst service. That's why vodafone is in loss. Also your vi store (kamothe) agents are scammer. Pathetic!

    Activated international roaming for thailand. Paid ₹3000 for 7 days. Did every damn settings in network still outgoing calls are not getting through. Pathetic service @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia

    @ViCustomerCare I had been to Vodafone store yesterday 6pm, Akhila was helping us with activating new #, the guy puts off light, was shouting at girl to hurry up. I am visually challenged, had trouble getting dwn steps in dark. Is this customer service?
