    Or dialled any number but @VodafoneIN sent me sms for vas renewals and approx I charged rs 100 and gst extra. So please @TRAI @DoT_India please do needful. As well the @Airtel_Presence @JioCare also need their service level upgradation, @BSNLCorporate is wrost ever.

    Voice call quality is very poor as well call drops very frequently. Frlm @VodafoneIN and @Airtel_Presence please make network to use.

    @VodafoneIN @DoT_India They've even activated one Service which which costs around 100 rs without our permission. And now they're not responding to anything.

    @ViCustomerCare hello, since 4 days in our area internet connectivity is very poor, after raising SR, they told it's due to heavy utilisation please do help.. we were confused to use these type of service..hope you must look into this matter

    @ViCustomerCare you claim binge all night from 12-6am then why my internet does not work between 12am to 1:30am... Very poor speed not even can surf or read an article....

    @VodafoneIN So much money are wasted in advertising and network building but not solve the problem of existing customers and try to make new customer. I think this is the main reason for your Q4 Loss amt. 5004 crore and also loss 3-4 million customers!!

    @VodafoneIN Confirm me first if I am having unlimited outgoing plan would you provide me my detail bill of outgoing and incoming call if I required anyday. Already your partner @Idea denied me. If you can’t furnish when required for my own number than I am firmed I won’t go for that network.

    @VodafoneIN @TRAI pl check the all Conn of our region, incoming & outgoing calls are being failed in first attempt. Since long I am complaining but no resolution come out from Vodafone. We are facing headache & wasting time for redials. Why calls are connected in second attempt.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, everything about my setup is 5G compatible (location, device, Android version, latest software). I used to get strong 5G signal earlier, but now it's stuck on poor 4G. Please fix this issue urgently and restore proper 5G connectivity. #ViNetwork #5G

    @ViCustomerCare Appreciate your response. But what a seriously absurd way to solve this problem. I need to take a flight worth 12K to go to Pune to do my KYC in the nearest Vi store and pay Rs.50 for number reactivation. I'm in Chennai right now. Most absurd policy and process.

    @ViCustomerCare ordered the sim online and even paid for the number of my choice and I'm waiting for 2 days . There is no update on the tracking system. It shows an appointment scheduled. While my local customer service said you have to cancel it.
