    @VodafoneIN my prepaid account balance shown as negative values(Rs -62.00). Unable to send SMS.Prepaid will not work ,if there is no balance(also chotacredit allows only upto 20 Rs,future recharge deducted this amount too).no proper response from customer care.

    @VodafoneIN I can't send port out sms from last 2 months your customer service executive they can't solve my problem still now. Can you tell me please when your problem will be resolve? this is your business strategy to retain customers.

    @VodafoneIN why don't you stop your service or sale off yourself to Jio? At least your subscribers will be benefited, everyone having their hard-earned money. Your service should be ban due to worthless services. CUG should be changed to Jio immediately.

    @Niveshak_ @TRAI @VodafoneIN There are only 3 players. I have 2 sims. Problem is to keep the number of 2 decades with some operator. I ported once. All are inefficient.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIN facing issue in 4G Nework... getting 10 -20 kbps speed on 4G...great service delivered by New VI team... don't promot Giganet ads...need to work on ground issue

    @VodafoneIN I have been trying to resolve an issue with your customer support for 2 weeks now. Everytime they would give a new service request number and ask for 72 hours to resolve. But no resolution. Request no. Del-V00230840779. Please help!!
