    @ViCustomerCare Long time Vodafone customer here. I was on family plan @ Rs. 999/- and for no reason you are changing the plan to Rs.1299/-. I was with Vodafone for long time as the postpaid plans will not change. After becoming VI you are forcing old cust. to leave the network

    @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare Your department is requested not to allow 5G contract or work to Vodafone Ideacompanies as this company provides very redundant facilities,does not redress customer complaints. They deceive customers, charge a monthly rent of 4G & always provide 2Gor3G
