    @ViCustomerCare I hope you're well. I am a customer of Vodafone and I noticed that from last 4-5 days my network is not working, so can you please tell me the reason why? My recharge pack is active and my usage time is showing that I'm still using it, but my connection isn't working.

    .@ViCustomerCare one of the worst customer service. Forcing a paralytic patient to visit VI store for reactivation of loss mobile SIM card. Who has been a customer for the past 12 years Will be porting 6 cards (3postpaid) from my family to @airtel. VI must die!!!!

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare I am using vi from many year but now i am so frusteted from vi. I m complaing about data network from last june,wrost data network in my home, show fully 4g+ network but we can't use whats app properly, I have to use some other company's hotspot.
