@ViCustomerCare How long should I wait? It has been so many days, there is a lot of problem, how long will it last? You are sending 5G SIM and today even 4G was not working. Such is your network.

@JioCare If this issue isn't fixed, I will be porting my number to @ViCustomerCare. Their service is much better; Vi's 4G is far more stable and reliable than your 5G in my area. #JioCare #PortToVi

@ViCustomerCare I used it in Kolkata, the speed is very slow. The highest speed in my area was 6MB/s.

@ViCustomerCare Your 100 towers are nothing but a marketing promotion every day. In fact, extreme network suffering is a daily companion for customers in rural areas. They are being forced to accept that the network is good. If the network is not fixed before the recharge is complete, port out.
