@ViCustomerCare hey.... Aisha i really appreciate but you guys have to understand we postpaid user something better no everyone using prepaid jio airtel even vodafone at low cost. still if someone opting for postpaid then he/she deserve better Service.

Poor customer support from Vi .Needed duplicate sim , registered in my father's name , and he cant be physically present at center due to valid reasons. Despite requesting for virtual presence/video call , in such pandemic times , they wont help @TRAI @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare just received an sms "Hello! Thank you for choosing to access mydala powered deal, You have been charged Rs. 47 Your balance is Rs. 28.13". This is an unauthorized activation. It is happening for a second time. 199/198 numbers are not working either.
