    Vi has always problem with network, but this time is enough. How do we live without network and why they don't understand. If they can't provide service properly they should shut down their business.They're loosing all their customers,but they're still sleeping.@ViCustomerCare

    I think one they have to shut down their business like Aircel for their irresponsible behavior. There is only one option left for us that is MNP. But we lost our money and time in vodafone idea. @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare This company provides the worst customer service. I called at 11:15 P.M. The person told me that their server is updating and I should call in an hour or two. Now when I try calling, I hear that the customer service agents are only available till 12 A.M.

    @ViCustomerCare Even at 6AM the call to customer care doesn't connect. Are people still work at VI or is it shut already?
