  @ViCustomerCare Well after number of complaints of bad service of internet and network I am finally porting my sim to jio . Well I guess VI is itself responsible for day by day loosing it's subscribers base . VI 4g services are even worst than 2g.

  (1) The network coverage in my area has been downright pathetic for over a month now, not just for me but for all the Vi customers around 5km radius. Voice calls don't connect stating network error. Internet doesn't work. The bars are nil or switches to 2G. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

  @ViCustomerCare i want to port my vi sim in another network please tell me the procedure guys don't the vi sim there customer care services are very bad there internet speed is very bad so please guys don't buy this sim after so many complaint they can't resolve my problem.

  @ViCustomerCare Today again vodafone internet service is not good at the location kendriya vidyalaya tawang , arunachal pradesh pin code 790104.....But your service provider not paying attention towards it ....

  @ViCustomerCare dear Vodafone, your customer service is a joke. After raising a complaint about an exec who misbehaved while delivering a sim at my home, you guys again assign me the same exec within 2 hours. Is this how you seriously you take customer feedback/ safety?

  @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS What a pathetic experience using #Vi services and fake promise given by customer care. Had recharge of 599 for 1.5 gb daily And under the portability special offer had 199 rs recharge for 1+1gb daily
