@varsha19 @ViCustomerCare Nothing will happen... They don't have any network team. This is automated reply, without human intervention. They will not say, when we will get 4g indoor coverage or Vowifi., Simply looting our money.

@ViCustomerCare:I want to change the ownership of my mobile number which I am using from last 14 years within the family, but your store employee is forcing me to go for postpaid whereas customer care says only document is required for name change. Do you have a process in place?
