    & even though it's been 1 week today, the number hasn't turned up yet. In the meantime complaints have been lodged at the store daily as well as in customer care. But there is only one answer that "WAIT" @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India

    I posted a tweet addressed to @ViCustomerCare regarding an issue. To my surprise I got a call within 10 minutes of posting and my issue was resolved. That's called a great customer service. Kudos to VI.
