    @ViCustomerCare Dont you guys use a network planning tool? Dont you monitor your network statistics? Why dont you share the calldrop kpi publicly. Or why dont you expose cell overcrowding kpi, dont you use RRC measurements for optimization?

    The most pathetic services I have come across for any mobile service provider is that of Vodafone India. Perhaps the reason on why you are losing on customers. My phone is not receiving any signals and the executive says sim May Be faulty. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup worst customer service ever. My sim has not worked in 4 months and there has been no help. Telling me to visit a store when there is a pandemic raging. DMs have also been of no use. Only people who call are collection people because I refuse to pay
