    @consumerforum_ @ViCustomerCare So due to poor service and no response from the vi customer service on my issue resolution and no response. I have decided to move to another provider. Total crap in name of customer service. Thuuu....

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Bhagyashree This is not yet sorted now that people have started ignoring calls which is more ridiculous I want your seniors to look into this if it is not in your control because I have wasted 5 months just to change the ownership of a number. very bad customer experience 😡

    @ViCustomerCare why don’t you inform your customers if you do have proper service in and city when someone is buying your SIM. Very bad of you. I don’t disregard your bad service so much but your claim that you are competitive.
