    @ViCustomerCare one of my corporate post paid connection request for plan change since June 2020 but till now it’s not happened when ever I write a mail customer service we will resolve in 24hrs but till now they didn’t complete 24hrs

    @ViCustomerCare All your suggestions are hopeless. both our phones (9742771913) & ( 9391014455) out of action for almost 6 days.I hope you realise the difficult situation we face as senior citizens during this pandemic times because of your inablity & lack of motivation to solve the problem.

    @ViCustomerCare guys I am unable to play online games by Vi network even after having a valid recharge. Game name - Clash Of Clans, Clash Royale etc. I tried everything but it doesn't work. My location - Jhalana Doongri Jaipur 302016 Please help me.
