  @ViCustomerCare No one is able to call my number. I keep calling but it keeps getting disconnected. Why is this happening to the Vi sim person? I've called from other SIMs too and they're having the same problem. Tell me what to do?

  I called 198 @ViCustomerCare to report the network issues.However, instead of assuring me that the problem would be resolved,the customer care representative simply told me“You can port your number.”As a customer, such an irresponsible response is truly surprising & disappointing
