  @ViCustomerCare they are useless, 1st he replied tell me your problem sir . I tell him my problem and ask for solution but after that he disappeared like nothing happened.

  @ViCustomerCare Since the service is no longer usable due to the porting, I request Vi to process a refund of the subscription amount, including the applicable GST, to my original payment method.

  @ViCustomerCare Your tower at Sansoli - 389320, Gujarat frequently stops working whenever there is an electricity outage. As soon as the power goes off, the mobile network and internet also stop working, causing major inconvenience. Please ensure proper power backup (battery/DG)

  Last 2 Days VI not able to restore Network . I send request massage many but its useless. Text Massage not able to send. We should Ignore VI after continue use 12 years and join other network which able to provide proper service . @ViCustomerCare

  Hi @ViCustomerCare @JioCare, the network coverage in Nana Chhapara, Kashindra (Ahmedabad) has been extremely poor. We have over 300-400 bungalows here, and recently around 300 people have already ported to Airtel out of frustration. Please improve the network ASAP! #Vi #Jio
