@ViCustomerCare Bought a new sim yesterday, was told on IVR about activation in 15 minutes. Still no updates after 15 hours and IVR goes on about your offers instead of any useful info. Plus your customer care numbers hang up after greeting.

@Incognittomode @ViCustomerCare @Airtel_Presence Don't come in vodaphone it's worst. In 9th floor of a city like Noida the network goes from 4G to H and tower becomes less than 40%. Sucks and cc never replies in time.
