    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare the whole village is facing this issue since last 2 months. Even for this tweet I am borrowing data from someone's hotspot. Here's 0 network. Plz do needful otherwise you will loose approx 3-4k people for this reason only.

    What kind of service is being provided by VI who claims their service 24*7 nonstop. In my village there's no network service since 5PM. Neither cellular service nor internet and it's not just for today. It's happening nowadays 2-4 times in a day.@VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare 1/2

    @ViCustomerCare It seems you dont have a solution to customers issues for problems at your own end. Then it is better to permanently deactivate my no. instead of paying rent for no service.

    @ViCustomerCare ... really u and ur people are example of blunders... i recently done mnp from @Airtel_Presence to @ViCustomerCare even though documents were provided still my account name capture incorrectly and now VI call & mini store not ready to help

    @duplicatepawan @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Just send a message of “PORT”. You will see whole VI staff will line up and call you one by one. You can ask them to waive of whatever possible in return of not switching to other service provider.

    @ViCustomerCare Day 3 #Poornetwork after getting personal msg from ViCustomercare and replying them every details issues regarding No network services has not yet been resolved. My entire family and good friends, are Vi customer for past 10yrs+ this is the service Vi is providing
