    @ViCustomerCare My area sometimes network not working somtimes full network disappear. 4G+ not available my area . If possible please install 5G network in my area.

    @ViCustomerCare Hey @vicustomercare can you just look at pin code 508218 there is no indoor coverage, The main drawback was Vi indoor coverage please quickly fix it otherwise we switch to Jio.

    @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago pls note that there’s been a recurring bill as per the plan chosen for about 800 rupees that i’m paying Vi and have not been getting desired network beyond 1 or 2 bars, let alone 5G. #SRKonVi

    @ViCustomerCare Shifted fo Jio to Vi last month .I got full network in my house but whenever i go tho other place it diminishes the network totally zero .Nalbari ,Assam ,781369 and nearest area.

    @ViCustomerCare After multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment as instructed, my postpaid to prepaid request is still unresolved. Constantly being redirected with no solution. Losing trust—moving to another network now. #CustomerExperience
