    @ViCustomerCare In my location VI network coverage is very bad. So pls I request you to Increase your coverage in my location. Ward no 15 Sahbajpur hata Kushinagar Uttar Pradesh 274206. Near Shiv Mandir.

    @ViCustomerCare Its been more than 3 years now and i am not getting signals in my home eveymonth i recharge just to get otps i have complained before 2-3 years back but still same issue. @reliancejio is best i am not even getting the port confirmation message from VI.

    @ViCustomerCare pathetic service by Vi Store Garia and IVR team. Got new SIM to upgrade from 2G to 4G, was assured by the store staff that it will be activated within 1 hour, already past 4 hrs still waiting. Upon calling IVR, response is they haven't received any request yet.

    @ViCustomercare you guys said vi is world fastest 4g network but its worst network i have ever seen. I am trying to reach your team from last 10 days because i have very bad network they said w'll fix it, but nothing is happen till today . If you cant serve then please leave.

    @ViCustomerCare I had already tweeted this issue of Vi sim Portability from BSNL to your network. A guy from customer care called Tuesday and he told that the issue will be resolved by Thursday. But till now there's no update regarding this.. completely disappointed..😬
