    Hi @DoT_India I made recharge for 1799 on Mar 1 2022 1 yr subs. After 2 months my Vodafone balance showing -550. When I asked customer care they are saying me to recharge with any reason. Another team saying working one for more than a month. Please help. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare my sms service for both incoming and outgoing has been stopped i am not able to receive any sms. I am facing this issue from 2 weeks. Due this issue i am unable to receive my important sms related to my bank accounts.

    @ViCustomerCare I have DM'd my number. Kindly note I have been chatting with your WhatsApp agents since 1:57 pm. It is now 3:05 pm and my query is still not resovled. Such long wait times to answer customer question & you then also put Rs 100 as late fee when you don't answer questions @TRAI
