    @ViCustomerCare what a poor service offered by your team, I have been complaining about the same issue for the last 5 months and in return got the same reply "we have raised the complain" but it never get resolved I am not able to use VOLTE service

    @ViCustomerCare I am trying to pay my voda Bill since few months at Karimganj. My sim is stopped as bill not paid hence for online payment OTP not coming. On going to Voda Office Pin 788710 They tell me to travell 60 KM to Silchar to pay bill. Poor service here. I want to port.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello, I have the old sim of idea 4G but the signal is not constant it gets suddenly down.When i visited the vi store they said u need to change sim to 'vi 4G' and charge is 150/-. Why we need to pay charge,we can move to other operators with same amount !
