I am getting the worst ever service from Vodafone for a few months. I am cheated once agin by subscribing to the red x Plan (999), it offers 1.5 times speed. Pls note that the problem occurred in VI APP where I chose profile of 81xxxxxx41 but at time of recharge it got automatically changed to default profile number of 91xxxxxx93. Its problem at your APP end.
