    @VodafoneIN 1 hr before one CC executive cld me and asked me about D issue. After explaining D issue I told him that I am willing to pay D amount minus delay payment & other extra charges4 which he said he is taking a request 2wave off. Whe I chat with ur team they gave a different story.

    Update 1: They resolved the issue but when i asked who activated service and when it was activated. Their team is asking for mobile number to contact and not sharing reason in DM or email. @ViCustomerCare can i know the reason for asking number and not sharing in DM or EMail?
