    @VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone, My apologies for Choosing your Net work. I am getting the worst ever service from Vodafone for a few months. I am cheated once agin by subscribing to the red x Plan (999), it offers 1.5 times speed. In reality i got 2 times low speed from this plan.

    @VodafoneIN That’s the next issue. There was no SMS communication about this pack activation and balance deduction in the first place. And there is no way I can see all past deductions through ur iOS app. I got to know through your customer care rep.

I have raised this request on 28 April and sim is not working since 15 April.I m afraid I might loose the number since its almost 30 dys of inactivity

    @ViCustomerCare my SIM has stopped working and no device is able to detect this SIM. But @ViCustomerCare is saying that it's due to negative balance. What a nonsense. Reacharge issue will stop service, not SIM. @VodafoneGroup

    @ViCustomerCare - Waste service provider I have ever used, bought an online sim on May 3rd seeing in Vi portal that delivery and activation in 4 hours, got the sim after 18 hours and it has not activated yet(11th May) ha ha funny. I have mailed customer care and no replies yet.

    @ViCustomerCare I can't use RCS feature in messaging because my mobile number is not added in SIM MSISDN. I have migrated from Vodafone Prepaid to Postpaid recently. RCS was working fine when I was on Prepaid. Visited store & called customer care too but no results. Check your DM
