  @JioCare internet service in Avas Vikas Colony, Sasni Gate, Aligarh, UP is extremely poor. Surprisingly, @ViCustomerCare 4G is delivering much better speed and stability than Jio 5G at the same location. @reliancejio Please look into the network quality in this area.

  poor Vodafone @ViCustomerCare ... your customer care people have no knowledge. I have been requesting for an address change but your executive is asking me to upload adhaar card, when i told her that adhaar is of different address. She wants me to upload rental agreement which i did and it was rejected by your company. now she wants me to upload adhaar (which is of different address) amd rental areement both ? does she now know that only one document can be uploaded in your app. What kind of idiots are sitting in your care ?

  @VodafoneIN_News @ViCustomerCare there is no network/service since morning to My VI sim. Also not able to login vi app to report issue as OTP is being received on mail and no network to sim. This is my important sim and want it resolved asap
