    @ViCustomerCare I placed an order for a fancy number on 19 August, but despite 2–3 calls, I still haven’t received any clear update. Please look into this and provide a status ASAP. #Vi @ViCustomerCare very poor service

    @ViCustomerCare Now there is no network in @ViCustomerCare and when I inserted the @airtelindia sim, there’s no network as well. What is this? Why both of you are adamant in providing the worst possible customer experience????

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This is a pattern now. The day you send the bill which is due after a week to 10 days, my fibernet connection goes down. An indirect coercion to remit bills much before the due date? Now, be smart & get details from DM history. Via @ViCustomerCare
