@ViCustomerCare Guys, please move to some other operater, if after repeated complain Vi is not able to solve your problem. Don't fall prey to their offer. I am suffering from poor indoor coverage from past 6 months. No help from them. Please, port out if you also face same issue.

@ViCustomerCare has come up with a scam. When you Port out, they ask you to cancel the port request and then give you offer like 6 months free/12 months free. They don't give any offer after you cancel the port request. So don't fall for it. #vodafoneideafraud @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare Since 47 days? What will u do? Ur so-called Appellate calls and starts speaking like a tape-recorder saying same sentence 100 times. Evn whn I say ur not resolving my issue, still reply is same. Copy-paste email recd over 20 times now. What do I do with this service provider!
