@VodafoneIN very disappointed from your service. Since Jan Call drops more than ever before. While Calling No voice comes from other side and not going from my side. Since the day Merger of both the companies Network this issue arised a lot.

@ViCustomerCare @AshishUpad47371 No comparison with Jio and Airtel in Network, 5G, call drop Only compare prices which are almost the same for nothing... VI is the worst in terms of providing internet, sometimes it shows E on signal bar which is horrible in the 5G era.

@ViCustomerCare I’ve been trying to update my personal details for last 6 months so that I can reissue my sim - you’ve literally made my life a living hell, corporate Vi is horrible No one knows anything - everyone makes you go in circles - had to get a new number because of this

@TelecomTalk That's because their network is pathetic. Either there is no internet connectivity or speed is too low to use anything @ViCustomerCare. All those plans and extra data given by them remains unused.
