    @ViCustomerCare my number is on Idea from last 4-5 years but now i am disappointed from the service, you are not allowing me to send a single message to any number & for that i need to recharge of 129rs. Is it fair? I am searching options to leave idea now. #port_from_ideasim

    @ViCustomerCare i have been facing issues for recharge of Rs.129 which I'm doing from main balance but it is not done. With repeated efforts and calls with customer care they are not helping me and they provide me wrong information for which I had to suffer loss.

    @ViCustomerCare Even after recharging with Rs. 79/- in Delhi Region, you are not providing Outgoing SMS facility. Paying Rs. 129/- just for Outgoing SMS is never justified. Do you want us to switch over to Cheapest @MTNLOfficial

    @ViCustomerCare You hav already wasted so much of my time. 1st my monthly plan got changed to higher rental plan & corporate discount was also removed w.e.f. 1st Sep'21 Then on 16th Oct it again changed to another higher rental plan without my consent. You didn't value your 10yrs old customer.

    @ViCustomerCare your net speed is very slow your servey shows the nearest tower 🗼 is ok. but the nearest vi tower 🗼 is tilled by wind and structure is rusted and wires have cuts and holes all over it pls check it.i think this is the reason

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare I have raise the ticket yesterday and they hold my calls around 45 minutes after that today got the call for we cant do anything and marking complete your ticket. They are not able to hear the customer problem.
