    @ViCustomerCare @Sanity86 I recharged my mobile 7718597017 with 699 plan , after recharging when I was trying to Validate OTP for activation of Zee5 premium in my Vi number no OTP came although I tried many times, now it's showing error OTP LIMIT EXCEEDED. Please help asap

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI This is very much common and it is general problem- sometimes they will activate any services in your number and when you claim you never Authorize or opt for those services they will held you responsible that you must have click on third party link to activate.

    @ViCustomerCare my issue is still not resolved. You promised me that if I port 1 jio number to vi you will make bill of 5 number to be 1250. I won't mind porting out all 5 of my numbers if you can't fix your data entry issues.

    @ViCustomerCare VI is still asking for the money. I have already cleared all the amount before porting the sim in another no. I have already complained before and some non experienced people called still no problem solved. I am happy with @JioCare company and alway recommend jio
