@ViCustomerCare I am from Indian state of West Bengal,pin no 721439. I am using vi network but last 3 months vi not working, very poor data speed. Some thime I think I am using vi free of cost. Now vi increases more than 20% tarrif cost. I have comlained so many time, no result.

@ViCustomerCare The agent Karishma did a great job understanding the issue but alas was tied down due organisational policies & very limited access to really solve the problem. No issues with the agent but Vi continues to disappoint due to its limited scripted responses & approach to an issue.
