@ViCustomerCare why don't you guys prescribe your prepaid customers to recharge at their own risk when we have to recharge for a hefty amount for 4G service you don't even get net speed of 2G about time I need to switch to @airtelindia

@ViCustomerCare As the spoken with them they told that we will provide router but when the came to fix connection they said you have to buy it as the router we don't have in the stock why should then i take connection from you

@ViCustomerCare I have been visiting the GPO, Pune store to switch from postpaid to prepaid past 5 days. All I am being told is system is down so it cannot be done now. This absolutely ridiculous. How much more are you going to loot me?

(1) The network coverage in my area has been downright pathetic for over a month now, not just for me but for all the Vi customers around 5km radius. Voice calls don't connect stating network error. Internet doesn't work. The bars are nil or switches to 2G. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI
