@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Vi need to cover below issue then become a big player in india. 1) while in call not getting Internet. 2) while travelling one tower to another tower catching missing so that call drops. 3) data speed need increase. 4) call drops are very high.

just visited @BSNL office. They told the issue is pending at Vi. Then went to @ViCustomerCare gallery & got to know Vi customer care is useless & will not reply. Experiancing the same too. It's highly disappointing & ridiculous. Now planning to go to consumer forum. @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare Hi, VI has wrongly charged me for Callertunes and Games, even though I never subscribed to them. They just activate it and deduct the amount without any approval. How can this happen? Very bad service.

@ViCustomerCare It has been 72 hours since I visited vi store sardarikheda alambagh Lucknow. I was assured by the store that my sim will start working properly within 72hours. Given deadline has completed this afternoon and my issue has not been resolved.

@ViCustomerCare After being told 72 hours, it’s been 9 days and still the issue hasn’t been resolved. Daily I’m getting calls from 10 different people from Vodafone who are asking the same questions and beating around the bush and not resolving the issue. @ViCustomerCare I am going to port out!
