    I am in good network zone. On the same device Airtel and Jio works as 5G+ but Vi works only 4G. Only yesterday i ported Vi to experience its network. I am already regretting it. Calls are dripping, 5G not working. Pathetic @ViCustomerCare. Details and screenshots shared in DM

    @ViCustomerCare dear Vodafone, i have experienced worst service by your team never recommend to anyone. My account has been suspended for no reason and reactivation is not happening. Worst customer service i have ever seen

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Ms Sunita U picked up the issue correctly the IR pack is deactivated BT I never asked for the deactivation Kindly get this activated urgently Until you picked up this issue none of the VI agents were able to resolve the matter I spend 3 hours chatting with VI with no result

    Last 2 Days VI not able to restore Network . I send request massage many but its useless. Text Massage not able to send. We should Ignore VI after continue use 12 years and join other network which able to provide proper service . @ViCustomerCare

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, port request for my father from @airtelindia to VI is missing. SIM delivered on 20 Jul, โ‚น854 paid. On 21 Jul, your rep asked us to cancel and promised activation in 3 days. Customer care now says no port request exists. Please resolve urgently. Thank you
