@ViCustomerCare This is not the solution .....If u don't have basic plan thats your problem, I am not billionaire to pay 299+GSt for incoming call only.Instead of upgrading plan u can convert this into prepaid but u didnt do this.its shows your hungriness of business which is totally unethical.

@ViCustomerCare why r u closing my SR without any resolution? My father is not able to use Pay As You Go and the validity is going to expire and he will not be able to use his available load. Pls make sure until u fix this issue, you won't exhaust his Data balance.

@ViCustomerCare the network speed is pathetic.GiGa network is so slow that a snail could over take your network speed. Time to switch to another network. For the past one week network is very bad.Couldn't work at all.
