Sometimes i seriously think of ending my association with @ViCustomerCare . The service is seriously degrading day by day. Whenever i dial a valid number i only listen a message that the dialled number doesn't exist whereas i can dial the same number from other operator.

@ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia , I am using +91 8439713193 this number from last 3 or 4 years. After Vodofone and Idea merge. I am not able to send any text message. Last six months continuously connecting with your customer support team. But still not resolved.

@ViCustomerCare wrost networking system as i seen ever. I recommend you all that don't buy ever a VI SIM card. They are not listing our complaint and doing nothing and always says your problem will solve Tomorrow only and doing nothing

@ViCustomerCare Each one just repeats the same script over and over again. You know who can do this job better? Robots. Here’s a free idea suggestion to @VodafoneGroup - replace all your customer service reps with robots to cut costs with no impact on your end consumer experience.
