    @ViCustomerCare I have Airtel connection and I wanted to port to Vi fro which I made online payment with my credut card SIM delivered but executive who came made a mistake by entering wrong UPC code and due to which my number is not ported in Vi network.

    @ViCustomerCare got no mails even after giving my number. Its been a month my sim is not working thought it was my phone always but it was the sim and the range issues.

    @ViCustomerCare my vodafone number is active with plan 49. And account balance is Rs 17. But I am unable to send message. Even I am unable send message of port my vodafone sim to other networks. Vodafone representative saying you must recharge with Rs.128 for active sms service.

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing network issue and call drop for every single call also the network keeps switching to 2g every time I have made a complaint but it has not resolved yet and you keep telling me that my recharge is expired. I don't know how you can't understand problem.

    location : Gali No. 13, Telephone Exchange Road, Samalkha, New Delhi - 110037. Till 24th April, We, Whole Family were using @reliancejio as Primary network as it was providing full coverage while other networks like @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare were available with low coverage.
