    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare My complaint number C004-190157208568 I want a refund since the service that was promised to me was never provided and i have already paid for the subscription. Today marks two days without any calls (incoming and outgoing). Else will go to ombudsman.

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for the details. Since the ₹1,189 plan doesn't include service validity and the insurance doesn't cover devices older than 3 years, I will not be porting to Vi at this moment.

    @imohammedtalha @ViCustomerCare Sad to see this, Even I recently did yearly active recharges for 2 Numbers and today both of them went to bin (~4000). Not getting SMS and VI Chat help is not really helping.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI My present pincode is 600089, in have full 5g range,still my 4G data balance is reducing for no reason. Called to your customer care escalation team they are relatent to register this as a complaint.what kind of customer support is this? Pathetic

    @ViCustomerCare I’ve shared my details with you twice via DM, but still haven’t received any response. Are you guys seriously fooling customers? This is extremely frustrating . If this can’t be resolved, please help me switch my SIM back to my previous operator @TRAI
