    @ViCustomerCare your postpaid plans are complete scam, after trying to opt out from the postpaid service, your customer care didnt allow us citing different issues and generated 760rs to be paid and harassing daily in the name of followup call. Fedup with the vodafone already.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Please do something my whole work is pending. I am facing this issue since morning. I am not able to understand why network speed is so slow. I have two connections of idea and not even single sim is working properly. Kindly look into this matter urgently.

    @DoT_India They are not taking any action, take complaint and after some day they closed with same answer every time. More than 50 complaint done by me to @ViCustomerCare . They don't care to solve. Because they don't have any fear from government. That's why end user like me suffers.

    @ViCustomerCare Complaint no. 4-117045579690 has been registered by 1 pm today. User is in international roaming and not able to communicate with anyone. Please clear the same asap.

    @ViCustomerCare Your executive told me to restart my phone and that should resolve the issue. The issue isn't resolved. Both my number and the other number belong to VI so I will await a proper resolution from your end

    @ViCustomerCare even though the recharge stands valid, ur customer care also accepted the same, my cell outgoing stopped for no reason from last 3 hours, totally unacceptable, rescued message that issue will be resolved by 25th may, i think ur company has gone nuts
