After a couple of days of trying to move my @NetflixIndia multi-screen subscription to @ViCustomerCare, I finally succeeded today. Had to first “cancel” the subscription in Netflix and then activate it via the Vi app. Everything with the Netflix account is as it always was. Whew!

@ViCustomerCare hey . Unable to access internet !!!! Via vi- idea please resolve the issue at earliest this is a repeated practice after 84 days of recharge every single time even after recharge net is not working!!!

So above is @ViCustomerCare @Sunfun16 response to a complain regarding network coverage issue in South Delhi.They are unable to resolve the network issue in Delhi. Really ?? I wonder what would be the condition in outer areas or villages. Pathetic.

@ViCustomerCare I want to activate VOLTE in my sim registered with you. I ported my sim from airtel to VI to get better services. But your service is not upto mark Earlier I was using @Airtel_Presence sim they were providing me VOLTE service.
