    @ViCustomerCare I am in transit and my network started showing "No Service". Pathetic service, post calling 198 they are mentioned to wait for 6 hours for service to be restored as they have forwarded the query to network team.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare the VI network is still down in B.D. Patil Marg, Gavan Pada, Chembur, Mumbai-400074. It's been over 2 days of repeated outages, and there is still no network. Calls and mobile data are not working. Please resolve this issue immediately.

Please share the locations of the retail touch-points for the PIN code. also,I would like to understand why a representative can visit for KYC in case of a new sim, but not for duplicate sim KYC 1/2
