  @ViCustomerCare You charge for callertunes but cannot give a proper service . Why all the callertunes sound crack everytime. There's no option left instead of porting to another company sim. You people just reply with a automated message and don't fix it. You are cheating your customers.

  @ViCustomerCare i have been facing extreme network issue from your network, which is been highlighted to your customer care but there is no response , i have been facing this from past 3 months now i am porting my number into @JioCare which is far better then yours .
