I have visited atleast 25 to 30 times in gallery but every time they told me that it will get resolved in 24 hrs but its now over 3 months still my issue is not resolved @TRAI @Idea

Which I have never done, on other hand I can call from same mobile no 8984545459. Please see what is the issue. I have cheaked from my end and all settings of cell phone also.
