    Don't know what's wrong with @ViCustomerCare!! Since morning everyone using VI has data problem on their devices.This is much more irritating 😤what's the use they charge us so much and & give such hopeless services from their side.Definitely going for another operator now.

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup your network has become ****. Almost 3-4 times a day I have to put my phone on Airplane mode and then only I am able to make calls. Its the same location everytime. Many of my friends and family members are facing same issue.

    Pathetic service by @ViCustomerCare After converting existing number from Postpaid to Prepaid they still continue billing on earlier Postpaid and claim payment of bill amount for the same period where Prepaid bill has already been paid.

    @ViCustomerCare - Received your short reply. 1st I'm not Prasad. 2nd my last 2 days calls history will tell you the issue. Main issue. Your app homepage is all messed up data. My data is 2gb /day. Today I barely used after 6.00am but balance gone down to 0.62gb.otyer issues too.

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafone As a vodafone customer i think i never need 📞 caller tunes 🔕🎼! Because user need network for 📞 caller tunes... If network not available how can i use this service! My caller tune is, Dial no is switched off... Pathetic service by vodafone..😡🤬
