@VodafoneIN Engineer visited on Wednesday and he confirmed there is serious network issue. According to him I was supposed to get a call from Vodafone with a solution in 2 days. I am still waiting.

@VodafoneIN please fix the network issue in my area. have made complaints with the customer care several times and every time they say some mechanical changes are planned in the tower near by but then no change. Overall every where network is very poor.

In fact VI is my secondary no & I switch many times to VI for better network. I am sure you won’t believe this! Also, used Voda when I travelled to Mexico recently. Much better!
