@VodafoneIN Engineer visited on Wednesday and he confirmed there is serious network issue. According to him I was supposed to get a call from Vodafone with a solution in 2 days. I am still waiting.

@VodafoneIN You’re supposed to be improving the coverage in Colaba, Mumbai, not reducing it! I even got a call from you over a month ago for the exact location. Yesterday my Vodafone number & 2 others lost complete network in a part of my home where I used to get low network.

My problems raised on several occasions remained unresolved. They will ask all irrelevant details & then justify the problem.
