    @ViCustomerCare I registered a complaint against this problem 3 days back from 198 customer service. But problem hasn't been solved.  Before this my cellphone shows H or H+ and internet working fine. But from last 6 days it shows as 3G.  So kindly look into this. (2/2)

    @ViCustomerCare are you serious? Customer care is so pathetic they are giving me no reason for the bill . They have barred my services . It’s so pathetic that I have to discontinue it . I never thought Vodafone will do this fraud to me . I need all the extra money I have paid so far .

    @ViCustomerCare Worst network in my life for past few days...I m subscribed for 1year pack and it's getting low signal sometimes signal gone after the call and wait for sometime to get the signal(in case of emergency what can I do???)... Complain raised still noone called me..

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone network up East kanpur unavailable since today's morning. It's showing emergency calls only. Every possible effort done like switched off -on & network serching, still problem persist What to do Same as Idea network too
