@ViCustomerCare I registered a complaint against this problem 3 days back from 198 customer service. But problem hasn't been solved. Before this my cellphone shows H or H+ and internet working fine. But from last 6 days it shows as 3G. So kindly look into this. (2/2)

Totally worst worst service I ever seen till now. That’s ridiculous. 10days in abroad I can’t able to access any Indian Banks net banking or any India services Bcz can’t able to get OTPS. @ViCustomerCare you guys don’t give shitt about anyone’s Circumstances. Just a bullshitt.

@ViCustomerCare When you had called for resolution you mentioned you can provide a link so that i can do the migration online without visiting a store and my same postpaid sim will get converted to pre paid sim. Why you are saying now that there is no such link?
