    Dear @ViCustomerCare your tower at Taragtal, Chaukhutiya (Almora,UKD) has failed to provide proper network since 2017-18. No stable 2G/4G, calls & internet barely work 4-5hrs/day Avrg.. Repeated complaints ignored. Fix it urgently or stop charging for unusable service.

The senior executive Sahil Dayma was also very rude and refused to take my complaint regarding yesterday's incident despite me calling on the 198 complaint line.     @ViCustomerCare Hello Team, My Vi number has been deactivated and is showing "Number Invalid". Due to a medical condition, I was unable to use my phone or manage recharges for a long period. I have now recovered, but I am still unable to move easily due to my health issues.

    @ViCustomerCare Manager or even a person who could speak and understand English. I told him that I am recording this call and would post this online but he was least bothered and then again transferred me the IVR. If this is the kind of service you have stooped down to then no wonder you're in
