    @Airtel_Presence Remember long time back @ViCustomerCare had sent the replacement sim at my home. A lot is left desirable in @Airtel_Presence service. Very disappointed how customers are treated.

    @JioCare can you help with my port out from @ViCustomerCare and port in jio. Is it possible to get pac code? Because vi is not resolving my problem or either allow me to port. And their vi center are equal as 💩.... Useless staff. It's been 7 months I am trying to port @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Hello sir/madam my vi sim was locked. That time I went to vi care. There they said my sim is not working.they suggested your sim get in only postpaid. Sir my sim has been switched from prepaid to postpaid without asking me. I am now unable to activate SIM

    @Airtel_Presence @ViCustomerCare We pay every month to receive a very poor service. With bad reception everywhere. I have 300+ gb of unused data in my account. Not because I don’t consume data. It’s because I just can’t use the data due to poor reception.

    @ViCustomerCare I got a call and wasted around 15 minutes. As expected,the same information was being repeated multiple times without trying to understand the main issue. At last when the executive became clueless he just said we will pass on the feedback to the team.Time to port out..

    @ViCustomerCare monthly recharge done but from 2 weeks no network provided by VI.. if problem not solved the will soon get port to jio or Airtel Place- Virar ,phoolpada road, mumbai, Maharashtra No. 7498986544 Alt no.7972712204
