    📍 I live in Delhi NCR, Faridabad (Near Community Centre, Uncha Gaon, Ballabhgarh – 121004), but there’s no Vi 5G service here at all ❌📶. Despite Vi’s claim of 5G coverage in Delhi NCR, the reality is very different 😤. Please take action. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @VodafoneGroup

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India I am continuously following up for my SIM card exchange 9658038629 from last 1 month and every time customer service needs new details and gave me a 3 days time and till now nothing happened. Need to resolve the issue ref no - ODI-VO1858428662

    SHAME ON Vi... scam on billing.... non cooperation... and threatening for immediate payment, even after several followups by me for the amount to pay... people should leave Vi and port to other networks. Simply disgusting customer care @ViCustomerCare

    Scam from VI Network.I had post-paid family plan connection from 1st May to 24th May and changed to Prepaid, but they are asking payment of full cycle from 1st to 31st, now they are threatening to pay 1500/- immediately after sending the bill after so many days. @ViCustomerCare

    After being a customer for 20 years, with past 3 years of zero service with false assurances, I've finally ported 1 No. frm @ViCustomerCare. Even now, ur team is calling with ₹100 discounts 4 a service that never worked. You owe refunds, not discounts. #VodafoneIdea #NetworkFail

    Still no resolution from @ViCustomerCare! I've spoken to their customer care, appellate team, backend team—even VI managers called—but my issue remains unresolved. If you can’t fix it, just refund my ₹3799. Enough delays! #VodafoneIdea @TRAI

    This is VI for you. I had changed from Post to pree on 25th of June 2025, they have send me a bill from 1st May to 31st May and too today and they are threatening tonpay the same immediately today.... Shame on VI . ONE OF THE WORST MOBILE NETWORKS @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I am in a complete 5g area and am getting proper and stable 5g network but I really don't understand why my speed is limited to only 35mbps actual 4-5MBPS everytime I do a speed test any sort of Speed caping on 5G by Vi
