@ViCustomerCare Recd message on 10/04/21 regarding chng of plan Frm 399 to 499 which I hv never requested for so raised complaint dated 10-Apr-2021 06:17:54 with reference number C004-115216883734 with resolution date 12-Apr-2021 06:00:00 PM. But the plan got changed to 499 (1/1)

@ViCustomerCare dear sir I am using idea's postpaid plan. Few days back suddenly my Idea SIM stoped working. I have visited Idea stores for three times in these 10 to 15 days every time they completed all KYC work biometric and all needed documents but still my sim is not working

@ViCustomerCare (1/2) so I called today to CC & they informed tht they can’t change plan now. This is ridiculous. If u r not able to change it back to earlier plan then I will migrate to other service provider.ACT IMMEDIATELY.
