  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare is running a scam where they pull customer in to a Family Plan and then prevents from letting then leave it. I have been trying for almost a week now. Paid all the bills. But they are not deactivating it. Always say wait for 24-48 hours. @jagograhakjago

  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare always say they are working on it -> moved it to high priority -> has escalated issue bla bla bla and does not even have a ticketing system or even a reference number for the complaint. A scam is being carried out in return of customer care. That is how you know

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare To my utter disgust, they are sending me an invoice of Rs. 179.53 for services that they could not fulfill as promised. I had been their customer who paid 6 months in advance. This is how they repay their loyal customers.
