    @ViCustomerCare It's been several days since my complaint was registered. Your team acknowledged that my area is affected by data congestion and assured me the issue would be fixed. However, today's speed test still shows only 0.5 Mbps download, 122 ms ping, and 132 ms jitter. The problem remains unresolved. Please provide a permanent solution or a clear timeline. #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, My girlfriend also not sending me DM. It is open complaint and it is not getting resolved from your side. You just lying in DM. Post your answer in public so everybody will come to know how Vodafone idea is treating their customers.

    Really frustrated with (VI) 😡 Internet barely works, no proper support, and yet the recharge plans are getting more expensive every time. Paying more for worse service is just not acceptable! @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare Still no resolution from @ViCustomerCare. My internet remains extremely slow despite reporting the issue yesterday. This level of service is unacceptable. Resolve it immediately. #Vi #NetworkIssue #PoorService
