  Worst customer support worst network I suggest no one should use your network ever because when they need you will just say we will contact you and resolve your issue within 48 hours it’s been 20 days what should I do with this now @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare Its been more than a month we are experiencing very very slow internet speed in our home inspite of having full signal as the tower is just 600m away. Pls rectify it. Kalidas nagar Hubli, karnataka. Speed barely touch 0.5mbps.

  @ViCustomerCare Ok, this is embarrassing really. It's the middle of the night and the network is down again. My wife tried reaching me for something urgent. No signal... I hope the resolution was not temporary (and my appreciation was not premature)
