This is the worst service I have ever seen, I raised multiple complaints but my problem never solved @ViCustomerCare Sometimes When someone calls me, my mobile didn't even receive the call but, the called person hear ringing, I watched it live also worst ever🤬🤬 don't use VI🤬

@ViCustomerCare The issue persists. We are unable to make or receive calls or messages. For the past 6 days our mobile has been immobilized. This is truly amazing performance from Vodafone. Please note that this is not a settings issue. It is an issue with tower. Do something urgently.

@ViCustomerCare it has been a month since I have shared the documents with you Ansal Plaza, Gurgaon centre to re-activate my lost sim card, without any update . All I get to listen is that your documents are yet to be uploaded. Is this what happens to a customer of over 10years?
