    Hey @ViCustomerCare , I ordered a prepaid SIM on 3rd May (Order ID: DCHD03052607885 ). It's been 4 days and still no delivery. Customer care is only giving vague 'call back' promises every day. Very poor service! Please resolve this immediately. #Vi #CustomerService

    @ViCustomerCare Hello @ViCustomerCare, I am using Vi’s 365 days Hero Unlimited plan. Even though I live in a good network coverage area, I am not getting the unlimited data benefit. I only receive 1GB of data daily, and after that the internet speed becomes extremely slow.

    @ViCustomerCare network at my place S K nagar, talikoti 586214 has become too poor. It was good till February. While airtel offers 5g in my town, can I atleast expect stable 4g from VI?

    @ViCustomerCare My ₹2099 Nonstop Hero plan activated on 1 April 2026 with 300 GB per 28 days FUP. Different customer care executives have given me different reset dates (28 April, 2 april, 4 May), but my data counter still has not reset correctly.

    @ViCustomerCare Yes, you are just providing information but not solution. Its my humble request to keep the information to fool the next customer. Its been 7 days you failed to provide any solution. If you want to do something, just refund my money.
