    @ViCustomerCare now I understand why you are loosing your customers. For a Postpaid customer you start calling daily 5 times before due date. Creating unnecessary nuisance. Finally customer no choice but to left your base.

    @ViCustomerCare Since 2013, I have been using Vodafone Sim Card till date with starting digits 825888 ….. Currently using it for Official purpose. There was one point of time, where the Vi network was completely shut down for months due to natural calamity in my place ! Thought of having it ported to JiO but something stopped me from doing it. I don’t know why I’m still stuck with old Voda Sim but enjoying it … keep it up @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare .. bring the change !!!

    Perhaps optics of quality networking services is biggest brand ambassador for any mobile services company as best ambassador Dog for Vodafone brand campaign is still remembered for it's simple humble network always ...wherever you are ..in this beautiful world ...network will follow ! But Alas, @ViCustomerCare @KumarMBirla quality of network and services is worst value a customer experience and Shahrukh Khan can never help with gossiping as call quality or data speed matters ! Marketing is quality value network 100% as people dont pay free lunch for faces as can go to cinema by buying ticket as self respected citizens building #ViksitBharat2047! Ugly truth is customer lost belief in Quality services from Vi ! Empty talk not accepted any more @iamsrk same as harmful gutka ad !

    There is no damn network in Village- pimpri jalsen, taluka-Parner, District - Ahilyanagar/Ahmednagar Kaise @ViCustomerCare badal raha hai No damn network at all. Please do the needful at earliest within a month. @TRAI_OHD @TRAI kindly take of the permission and other necessitie

    I’m extremely disappointed with your service. I spoke to your customer care team, but unfortunately, their response and support were just as poor as the network service itself. I have been facing continuous issues and have reached a point of complete frustration. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Extremely poor customer service. I asked to convert my postpaid number to prepaid and repeatedly declined promotional offers, but the agent kept pushing them. Finally told conversion isn’t possible and I must return to India. Also no feedback call despite opting
