    @ViCustomerCare Today i recharge for 128rs for taking up the sms services and also done with the recharge of 20rs but now i don't send any message to anyone and also the amount deducted from my balance. Very disappoint with your service.#poorservice #disappointed

    @jagograhakjago @consaff @ViCustomerCare I have taken VI 2999 plan for international roaming for 7 days in August ending. In September bill 2022 I was charged  with 11k in bill. Customer care told me I used data but in reality my internet was off and I was using wifi.
