  From pas few days while making an outgoing call my network goes down , nill automatically after dialing a number and I'm not even receiving any call , whenever anyone tries to call me my network goes automatically down @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare Speed is good in my area but I don't know why the page is not open from the VI network in my laptop ,many complaints raised but no single action taken. When we connect with another network it's working fine and the page is loaded fast. What type of quality is vi using. Please fix

  @ViCustomerCare While I have a 739 recharge on, unlimited data and it is ending on 7th June, why I am being told on customer service that I have 1 gb/day and your app is showing data limit reached ? And there's no customer representative on 198, pathetic service.
