@ViCustomerCare So just got a call from the vi social media team informing that at present in my location the network provided is the best what can be done. Which is 2g in the case, if that's the solution provided then I guess I need to look at alternatives

Absolutely fed up with @ViCustomerCare! No network, no OTPs, can’t even get a new SIM despite paying what they asked. Tried in 2 states, still refused. Need the SIM urgently to file ITR—this is beyond pathetic service.
