    Dear @ViCustomerCare, please cancel my port-in request and initiate a refund. While placing the request, I was shown that the SIM would be delivered by 1 July, but that deadline has passed. My UPC expires on 4 July.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Why are YOU getting bothered? Have faith in YOUR system. You say "customer is lying". I say your system is wrong. The offer WAS showing in my Vi App and IS still showing to me. I did the recharge. I lost ₹199. Not your money. Don't tell me what to do.

    @ViCustomerCare Manager or even a person who could speak and understand English. I told him that I am recording this call and would post this online but he was least bothered and then again transferred me the IVR. If this is the kind of service you have stooped down to then no wonder you're in

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare is just responding stupid posts to buy time. Same question in every dm and they are firm that what was spoilt by them on 13th will be resolved only on 22nd by when I would already be back in India. Will port to another carrier. Very bad experience. #Viscam

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare If you only want to justify YOUR mistake again and again, then please STOP calling me regarding this issue.I have explained everything. I have proof. Either refund ₹199 or activate the correct plan. Don't waste my time with calls that lead to "we can't help".
