Is this appropriate @ViCustomerCare. Needed a vi sim in urgent so i took the postpaid sim. When i asked about the same in customer care i was told there's no such policy. But store again they Denied saying we dont have a system to change the sim before 90 days.

SINCE 1986 hav TAKEN LOANS FROM HDFC - Gud Service til few yrs bakl. Now they ar harasng me for 2 Yrs for Rs 600 online - NO ONE REDY TO SPK EVN RPTD REQUSTS.

I’m having serious issues for the last 7-8 days with my #Vodafone no. When making or receiving calls the ringtone is there, but after picking up, no sound at all. I conduct all my business and have this no for nearly 10yrs now. Pl look into this @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup
