@ViCustomerCare @DoT_India we have some 20 connections of yours in my office and if the features for wifi calling isn't done yet for Hyderabad I guess I'll have to move everyone to a different network cause inside building only wifi calling would work. Help us to help you

@ViCustomerCare your response is not good at all. Location- AEGCL NAGAJANKA, MARIANI from last 2 days your network is not visible in my area. I am tried of doing complaint again and again. Vodafone users shifting towards jio for this problems. For me port is the last option?

Hi @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare I have purchased sim online with Rs399 Plan. It got activated but it is not showing any plan. I had raised the complain to CC but no use. They don't know what happen to Rs 399 and asking me to visit vi store. pathetic & unprofessional service

@ViCustomerCare No one called from your network team to me. Yesterday one of ur team member called me and said that network team is working on the issue. Anyway I have already escalated this issue to your appealate team.
