  @ViCustomerCare I took the VI plan because it offered unlimited 4G, but now another company has started offering the same plan, so you're stuck with your slow network. I'm porting out.

  @ViCustomerCare My ₹349 “unlimited” pack is NOT working on my number. I received a message saying I crossed the 300GB FUP limit and further data will be charged. This is misleading when the pack is marketed as unlimited. Fix this immediately. #Vi #vodafoneidea #EpsteinFiles

  @ViCustomerCare I recharged my Vi number of rupess 101 and even recieved the SMS of the confirmation but yet i haven't recieved the internet service on my phone and for your information this is not the first time its happeningit has happened twice before also i used the fampay

  @ViCustomerCare SIM fraud reported + 1930 complaint filed, yet Vi is pressuring for payment instead of investigating. Bill crossed ₹2600 limit, abnormal SMS activity, SIM barred for 1 month. This is harassment. Resolve immediately or TRAI/Legal action next.

  @ViCustomerCare is one of the foolish service provider. When a customer is stock in overseas with no roaming connectivity idiots speak on security issues. Will change my connectivity once am back #PoorService #CustomerServicepoor
