    Dear @ViCustomerCare I am writing to you to express my concern about the speed of my internet connection, which has been running at a very low speed for several days. I have tried to call your customer service line, but the hold times are so long that I just end up giving up .

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone is worst company, I would recommend everyone don't take postpaid connection of voda..they do scam with users..the time you guys will go from post to pre they will ask you lot of extra money..i am victim .i don't want anyone else to suffer the same ..

    @ViCustomerCare So Collection team calls me to pay my post pay bill which is not in use for almost 6 months every 3-8 times day... And I've been picking up these call and asking them to get my issue sorted out. Simple ask : need eSim.

    @TRAI please take legal action against VI for not providing proper network coverage and also for not solving problems. I raised a complaint about an indoor network problem before a week but still no solution and no customer care asked about. I pay service charges @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Dear, I have submit request for port this number in Vi again. Because I thought that network issue will be resolved now but network signal issue, voice call issue and slow internet speed issue is continued. So pls resolve it at urgent basis. Thanks

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Hopefully the issue will be resolved by 26 November. Else me and my family have to switch to another telecom network provider. No other choice left with such downtime of Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare Regarding Vi Prepaid Services - This is to inform you that I have Vi prestpaid and services are not satisfied. Facing worst network, call drop, slow speed & network goes automatically. I'm going to port my vi number
