    @ViCustomerCare My network was completely down from last 48 hours while other network was completely working fine of my calleagues. Pathetic Service and embarassing. I will definitely gonna port to other network once I reach my home. Thank you so much for this issue which I faced

    @ViCustomerCare Simply share exact timeframe of resolution. If it doesn't fix by 30th May 2022 as promised, I'll be switching my 15 years old 6 Vodafone (Hutchison Essar/Vi Idea/Hutch) numbers. Indoor coverage has become worsen in the last two weeks. I'm sure you have dismantled a tower near me.

    @ViCustomerCare I couldn't have been clearer with my request. I need help with a prepaid number issued in Karanataka, which was being used Delhi NCR for the past 8 years. It has suddenly become inactive. I need help activating in Delhi NCR. And No I will not fly to karnataka juts to get details.

    @RealPrakhar @ViCustomerCare Yes vi is providing very bad service to their customer. I have also a vi sim. But i think port it to another sim service. #VI_customer_sevice

    @ViCustomerCare Worst Service.. facing call drops in 421301 (Gandhari) location since 1 month. Despite creating 3 complaints, none of them could solve the issue. CC team is pathetic

    @ViCustomerCare I was in kashmir for 5 days, during the stay I found in many places VI network did not work where as Airtel did,As one of the shareholders I am very concerned unless infra is modernized and service is looked into VI is going to lose customers further
