All aggrieved customers must gang up together & force @ViCustomerCare out of business! The quality of their services are despicable as it is! On top of that, they charge us for services which are not activated. Customer service is a joke to them! #VodafoneIdea #VodafoneIndia #Vi

Worse internet experience getting only 2 Mbps speed when using hotspot.. Could not connect to VPN network. I subscribed for VI redx plan. Planning to opt out from VI. Poor customer service. @ViCustomerCare
