    @ViCustomerCare I cannot pay an amount of 247.80 via internet as I havr ported out from vodafone idea to @airtelindia. My services are discontinued due to this and @ViCustomerCare is harassing me via not responding to this issue.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Vi has guaranteed for delivering of the sim on the day of booking itself but its been more than 3 days over after booking. Till now its not delivered or the agent tried contacting me. Is this the kind of service which you are offering to customer?

    @ViCustomerCare The number has been texted... I'm still facing the issue... The complaint which I raised got no response.
