    @ViCustomerCare I requested for name change on 8th April 2021, they gave me a new sim card at the VI store, Porur branch, Chennai, still it is not activated, very lethargic service, if I am calling the VI cust care, they are asking to go the store, I went ther for 2 times.🙄😠😡

    @ViCustomerCare Cc told me wrong charges will be reversed but same is yet not done and now cc saying it will not be done Pls solve the issue asap or suggest the process to convert for pre-paid

    @ViCustomerCare This is the prob with most you, support agents, you all do not undertsand a bit of the prob and give solution. When other telecom cos. are playing relevant messages of vaccination, nigh curfews etc, you guys are playing 'UNLOCK 1.0' message and then you give rubbish reason

    @ViCustomerCare it is truly disappointing to note that Vodafone's network is very bad especially on OMR Chennai. No technical support at all. Seriously thinking of migration to another service provider.
