    @ViCustomerCare Sir increase price is no issue but why you deduct data limit after increasing price??? And you said aimed to providing a better experience to invaluable customer like me to decrease data limit from 3GB to 2GB like this way? What a logic, salute you sir

    @ViCustomerCare unable to activate my vi prepaid number 9673945940. I recently migrated to prepaid. My old sim is inactive. Plus @ViCustomerCare has generated a bill of 310 Rs for my number, which I haven't used. Please activate my number and stop unnecessarily charging customer

    @ViCustomerCare Vi store executives not reachable to know the status request. I am receiving the message as your team is looking in to issue.. don't know what is the TAT for port out refund settlements. Very poor service and responce from VI
