@ViCustomerCare Recently ported in Vi from Airtel. The experience is after using 15 days Vi 4G service. It's 4G connectivity is very poor. I'll return in another operator soon. Thanks Vi.

So after 3 responses in 5 days from @ViCustomerCare which basically achieved nothing, i managed to visit the V! Store today only to learn that the customer care told me wrong amnt on phone and that i needed to pay 5k in CASH! no card, no e-payment. I mean why?!

@ViCustomerCare @i_annyhero Why does he get 13mbps download speed while i cannot ever hear the other person's voice on the call, and get just over a 100kbps speed? Before you say to "Dm uS tHe DeTailS" I already have, you ignored my messages and never replied back. Just like my ex. Slow claps for you Vi.👏

@ViCustomerCare I'm unable to call 108 emergency number in Tamilnadu. Please look into it as this is an emergency number that should be reachable at any time. I checked with Airtel number and 108 was reachable
