@ViCustomerCare I have received 2-3 call and support chat but they said you can downgrade plan to same but no value to the customer. VI is saying to Prime and prime is saying to VI. Just happening same nothing and no result

@ViCustomerCare As per the last conversation with ur customer service specialist, he told us u will get the cheque in 1 month. But still, we have not received it yet. Please look into this matter. Other wise I have to start a war against u on FB, Instagram, Linked In & Twitter.

@ViCustomerCare I’m facing some serious issue with your network. Unable receive calls, Unable to send or receive messages. Only outgoing working.. Went to your 2 Vi stores. They said all good in system. At the end Sim replaced. Still issue not resolved. #NoHelp #NeedHelp
