@ViCustomerCare The balance got credited back after I called customer care but my issue is that because it has happened twice already, it can happen again, and if I’m not alert enough to read all my texts in time then I’ll never know where all my call balance is going!

@ViCustomerCare My 4g connection not working, my complete reference number MUM-V01253393114 is registered. Last date 11 april 6pm, but 11th has left at 6:00 pm, still 4g connection is not started, I talked to customer care, they are not telling any solution,
