@ViCustomerCare Hi, after speaking to Your Customer Care i understand number gets suspended even if there is a negative outstanding. Now that I have paid in advance and huge Negative Outstanding amount is generated can I get my services restored for both the numbers? I had already shared in DM

@ViCustomerCare your operator said resolution given and not solving my problem at all. This may my recharge is ending which will be last for my VI connection. 198 operator even refused to take complaint again even as issue still not resolved.
