    @ViCustomerCare automtatically switch to 2g,3g oftenly i have complaint 10 + times but there is no solution i have tried both method by calling and by using the vi app i live in madhyapradesh shivpuri district, town name magroni area code -473865 please solve the problem i am very disappointed

    @ViCustomerCare My number is 8866077155, which i am going to port on Monday hopefully because of the mechanism the company has set and the security guard who have guts to say to the customer that he can change the service provider doesn't matter

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India network congestion at home address 10th floor , A wing Jeevan nagar, Mithagar Road, Mulund East, Mumbai. I have many times notified this issue to ViCustomercare . No sufficient indoor network

    @ViCustomerCare if you can't provide a good network for calling and internet so what is the meaning we are using your sim card, and your customers support agents are also rude behavior with the customer. I will never suggest and buy vi simcard in the future

    @ViCustomerCare network issue last 6 months 3vodafone nos. In my family but no network in my house badlapur.. I already raised complaint... But not yet solve my problem
