    @ViCustomerCare I'm not getting proper internet connection from past 7 days. And you motherfu**rs are simply disconnect the call without resolution. If your as$h0les are unable to resolve my issue then refund my money.. #FuckkVI #VIfraud #vodafoneidea_sucks

    @ViCustomerCare my issue is not resolved yet. I am being billed since last month for services I have not used. Last month 1448, this month unbilled amount till now 14,000 +. I have seen tweets from other Vodafone customers that they are facing same problem @TRAI please take note

    @ViCustomerCare Pune worst network. Rather no network atall in prime locations too..even after so many complaints.. change of sim too.. call drops, call say switched while it's not.. i wish idea would have chosen some other company to collaborate..

    @ViCustomerCare I am at 70 sundar nagar ND -03 . Hope this never ending problem gets resolved. We have had to additionally get a JIO NUMBER . I must confess their number has no network issue .I hope

    @ViCustomerCare I got help from customer care..I called them..then they spoke to retail store representative from my phone and explained them..then retail store person agreed...Looks like she was trying to push for a case to buy new postpaid card rather than replacement prepaid sim for lost sim
