    @ViCustomerCare One of the worst network I have used is @ViCustomerCare ,worst customer service,i switched from jio postpaid to VI postpaid in hope that vi network is good but it's very pathetic service by VI,i even can not make call because of bed network.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi has remained unchanged for ****** resolutions. I'm unable to send SMSs for more than 48 hours now & still no support from the technical team's end. I've been asked to wait more for the resolution for a simple issue. #pathetic
