    @VodafoneIN @Idea By rebranding yourself as Vi or ****, don't think that the customer would be happy with your disgraceful service. So much so that your own customer care number couldn't be reached by a Vodafone number but gets connected by some other service provider. Hopeless.

    @Idea @idea_cares @VodafoneIN Congratulations on rebranding. Now its time to improve customer service. My outgoing sms issue is still unresolved after 4 months of reporting. SIM Card is changed aa advised, still no luck. Hope rebranding will come up with better service.

    @ViCustomerCare. VI signals are not good . I raised a complaint but it was closed with the reason geographical/ structure closed buildings. If you have any signal limitations like this better to display in website itself with pincode details.
