    Looks like @Airtel_Presence is absent too. Already suffering because of @ViCustomerCare calling network on the other SIM so can't knock their door for the 2nd SIM.

    Another high standard set by @ViCustomerCare India. Got a replacement with an assurance of reactivation inn3 hrs...but it's only 10hrs and customer care, vi stores and vi mini stores refused to help.

    @ViCustomerCare it looks like server issues from your side. i generally use vi mobile data only when i am outside or i am not connected to my Wi-Fi. But if i face this type of issues frequently, i have to port to another network.
