@ViCustomerCare Hey Vi Customer care, I am, from Kolkata, facing some serious issue today. My internet connection is totally blackout. I changed my Vi SIM to another handset, I restarted my phone too but it doesn't work. MY AREA - Majhipara, Chowbaga. PINCODE- 700105.

Planning to port out of @vodafonein because I dont get any network coverage at home. Infact we have a family plan and the entire family goes back to stone age whenever wifi is down.

@ViCustomerCare since today morning.. all users in our area are facing 100%downtime of network. ( Area: sahakarnagar no.2, pune- 411009) error: not registered on network. tried searching network multiple times, it will not show VI network.. even if it shows, cannot connect to network.

@ViCustomerCare Situation of VI looks very bad around India it looks so.. I am at my home in Mahipal, Delhi. Here also it very bad situation.. Can you ask any engineer to fix this ???
