    @ViCustomerCare it's been 3 days I am unable to use my internet it's slow can't even open vi's app n while calling there are times I have to redail multiple time. N due to that I went to a vi store to transfer to prepaid n ur stores are no help either.

    @ViCustomerCare I don't think I will find another customer service as shameless as VI. I may have sent 40 emails since the 5th of this month and received 60 auto acknowledgements from VI that they will call back, not to mention the several tweets I addressed to VI... NO REPLY!!!

    @ViCustomerCare and don't even get me started on call drop rate. Publish the drop rate data and show the world how much amazing service you have. Never been this frustrated about something like mobile network, you ruined my mental peace.

    @ViCustomerCare for the last 2 years I was completely depended on wifi. And have been recharging VI, but no use. I am sure you will have the data to check in past 2 years how much mobile data I used. You should technically give my money back for this ****** service.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi... I am not able to get sms on my number. Could you please tell me what exactly blocking it. It hampering my transactions due to unable reccived OTP. Tried to contact VI support through app but your Patthetic AI chat board is not that much capable

    @ViCustomerCare Megha : This is very poor etiquette and the business practice being followed by Vi team, one side you guys are saying you are supportive and other side you become very rude & not hearing to Customer voice at all, Please restore my old billing plan!

    @ViCustomerCare (1/2) I got my sim ported from Jio service to VI just a few weeks back. My VI network is not upto the mark even though it displays 4G sign, it provides slow connectivity which is similar to a 2G network. All the basic settings have been checked and are finely set.
