    @ndtvindia @ViCustomerCare I have 128 GB in my postpaid connection but unable to use due to 4G connection issue there must be many user like me,no wonder why customer prefer JIO network over VI. VI is completed his days in india # सड़ गया है इसका नेटवर्क और सेवा

    @ViCustomerCare despite being customer from Hutch time, no support being given. My father got sim upgraded from non4G to 4G and to our surprise we are visiting VI Store on daily basis as SIM is not capturing network. They also did SIMEX but no gain. What should we accept from you

    Dear @ViCustomerCare I am doing this complaint on behalf of my Friend's father. He is using Idea / Vi since last 20 years. But from last 1 year he is facing call drop issue at his location. Please resolve the issue otherwise he is thinking to port the sim in Jio

    @ViCustomerCare If old plan is already withdrawn, so you intimate to customer??? You are not choosing plan on behalf of customer. My concern is why not intimate to me??? You are a unable to connet my no, so its cleared your service is very poor.
