All i asked is how much the store manager can charge for changing from Vodafone postpaid to vi prepaid? I paid all postpaid bill

@ViCustomerCare For past 2 months we are not getting network coverage for Vi/Vodaphone 4G/3G. Even after complaints no one cared about it. Because of this issue we are forced to move to other network.

@ViCustomerCare @riyaansh17 I have been scammed by your store manager. He asked me to pay 700₹ for porting postpaid vi number to prepaid . He says 300₹ for porting fee,50₹- sim, 350 for prepaid plan. Upon tweeting this here, mentioning my hearing problem, you are not ready to solve thru tweet or dm. Why?
