    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I received a call from your team yesterday. I was informed that a site visit had already been completed. I reminded your representative that your engineer had assured me a new site would be installed and the issue would be resolved within 15 days.

    @VodafoneIN_News @ViCustomerCare I am demanding Company heads to answer. This is not my problem, this can be anyone’s. If you can’t do the service, many others there. BSNL, Airtel and Jio. I was billed thousands, could be others too because of your system. So do the best

    Dear @ViCustomerCare My mobile number has been placed under Negative Verification, and despite making repeated calls to customer care, visiting the Vi Store multiple times, and sending emails, there has been no resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare Since the service is no longer usable due to the porting, I request Vi to process a refund of the subscription amount, including the applicable GST, to my original payment method.
