@ViCustomerCare Last week i visited Uttarakhand, and wanna report serious issues with your network. No proper internet connectivity even for calls as well. Can we expect batter performance from you? Other network were working fine why not Vi?

@ViCustomerCare#NEVER EXPECTED VI WILL DO THIS- I ported out my post paid number recently, vi increase my tariff by 50% in last billing cycle, csr says they cannot inform clients and take confirmation about change, they will change when they want. Don't know if vi follows ethics

@ViCustomerCare I rented a movie in Vi movies (justice league) app but AV controls are not working as expected. If we pause the movie, audio s still playing in the backend and we need to restart the device(any) to stop it. Complained earlier but no resolution yet.

@ViCustomerCare @rsprasad @myogiadityanath I'm done recharge of 449 on 21oct 10.53 pm from Amazon's app but recharge is not done then I contacted Amazon's customer service transaction is done from their end but VI hold in pending and coustomer executive of Vi does not respond
