@ViCustomerCare I have migrated prepaid to postpaid for my no. I don't know why it failed to verify my address. For last 8 days my connection is cut. I have been tweeting, emailing, visiting VI for 8 days but of no use. Poor service. Nobody in Vi cares about customers.

Looks like @ViCustomerCare is full of incompetent people. After 3 weeks of raising grievance for WiFi calling, today I got call from VI network team and asking about issue. They couldn't even understand the issue even after 3-4 calls earlier by their network team. @DoT_India
