    since 1 week Vodafone is giving only predefined templated replies where no technician actually came to resolve my network issues in my area.Going to file FIR against Vodafone today with no bills payment for Vodafone now will buy new sim card @VodafoneIN @Idea @VodafoneIdeaBiz

    @ViCustomerCare iam fed up of complaining again and again but nothing improved my vi prepaid connection the internet is so slow it was awful already but since last 1 months it just doesnt works network coverage has not been improved nothing works

    @ViCustomerCare It's been 5 days we are facing network issue. No response from customer care. All the time same response server are down please call after 4 hours. What's happening Vodafone. Tommorow I'll switch to another oprator .very disappointed 😞
