@ViCustomerCare hello I have recharged my number with Rs 99 two days back. But My balance is showing Rs 0.02. I am suppose to get Rs 99 talktime isn't ?? PS- I have changed my SIM bcoz earlier SIM had issue. my validity is continue but balance is missing.

Without user authorization and full DND activation, Vi is deducting balance in the name ofPlayer's Club - 60 Days Pack Digital is activated. @DoT_India Kindly intervene as this is happening for twice, balance deducted but not refund on complaint to @ViCustomerCare DM for details

@ViCustomerCare my 5 days of recharge left in unlimited monthly plan but outgoing call services stops and i have to recharge early but when do recharge that 5 days are going in vein so every month getting less days as what it says in your plan. Kindly help

@ViCustomerCare Looked at the second phone as well. The customer service officer said, get the 128 recharge done, that too, but the problem is not over now. Please tell me how long it will be okay.
