    It’s for vodafone, There was already a network issue and now you have increased the price of postpaid plans. After so many years of relationship with Vi now i feel that you are looting now, it seems that I will have to join another company @ViCustomerCare @JioCare @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare is there any ongoing issues with VI atm, my sim suddenly shows damaged and i dont receive any otp on phone + nothing in email either. I am on an international roaming. This is bery urgent

    Do not port to VI If u port to Vi, iMessage and FaceTime activation will fail. I lost iMessage and FaceTime the day I switched to Vi. This is a carrier-side issue, not Apple. My suggestion: Stay with #jio if u want iMessage/FaceTime to work without issues. #Vi @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare This message was supposed to come in DM as per your other message but it’s okay, people can understand how seriously you are taking customer issues. Be assured , one day no one will join VodafoneIdea because of your worst customer support, worst services, cheating and scamming

    Why offer if you have no facility to cancel? Now I have no option but to throw away the sim. Give kyc in bank, office, insurance co for new number, which will take almost a month. Stop cheating your customers. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Now vi deducting data without use. I used earlier plans of 1.5gb per day data and never end. Now i am using 2gb per day plan and couldn't longer a day.
