    @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare The executive first denied raising any SR, then claimed my documents had been sent to the backend office with an SR form I was never asked to sign. As a 6+ year Vi REDX customer, making 3 visits for a basic KYC update is unacceptable.

    Horrible network in berhampore (pin 742101). Its like an wasting money every month . You sare providing **** in the name of 5g . If it doesn't improve me and my family members going to change to other network next month @ViCustomerCare

    Vi, why would you stop incoming SMS within 1 day or your expiry date on pre paid? Unless you are really wanting to reduce your customer base. Extremely poor service @ViCustomerCare

    Since this morning my mobile data is not working. 4G signal is showing and Calls are working, but no website or app loads. Please check and resolve the issue. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.

    @ViCustomerCare It's been 5 days now(no internet), not even a single response on the complaint. It's just 35 days left, you are going to regret this one. I have never seen incompetence on such level & such next level stupidity even from a nodal officer.

    @ViCustomerCare, I ordered and paid for a doorstep SIM delivery, but there has been no update or response. I have already called customer care twice, yet the issue remains unresolved. This is very disappointing.
