@ViCustomerCare 1) Purchased sim on 13 aug most probably. Calls n internet service r working fine but entering mobile number in vi app its showing this is not a vi number. While calling 199, its saying complete televerification on 59059 n while doing disconnecting automatically.

@ViCustomerCare #NoNetworkSignal REMINDER - 12. The current thread dates back to 8.7.21, On 12.8.22, again reminded you of the issue. Till today no action from still NW Signal 0 or no signal. You are not able to provide N/W & You call urself fastest N/W. Really Shame !!!

@ViCustomerCare I hv send the screenshots in DM.. Sometimes vi app also shows timeout. Also why i am unable to call 199 for the customer support.. Also send the call recording via DM.

@ViCustomerCare Hi i have taken the case with DOT and TRAI when i choose to port out your VI played the game like subsisting contractual obligations , this is wrong . i have already redg case with DOT and complaint id is Registration No. : DOTEL/E/2022/26397.
