    @ViCustomerCare can you resolve the illegal addition of VAS without my consent . This is done without my consent and is illegal . The customer care desk has not been helpful at all

    @ViCustomerCare we have network coverage and very slow internet speed problem. We have to study.. due to slow and bad internet..we can't do. please improve the internet speed. Pincode 224141we are facing this problem daily.. and we get 1kbps to 50kbps speed..

    @ViCustomerCare since yesterday your 4G Internet is fluctuating , every 3-4 min I have good connection and then no internet . Please note .. it is not an issue of network range. Please have this fixed asap . Area : UP West , Firozabad ,Locality : AryaNagar

    @ViCustomerCare how can a 75 year old COVID patient come to your customer card office within 10 Jun 2021 and verify that she is the person who’s SIM CARD is?! On verification of add n new SIM card u guys go to any extent n come to home n verify things.
