    @ViCustomerCare such a horrible experience that I had talking to your chat and voice support. Unwillingness attitude of advisors. Billing errors and many more. Such a scandal VI is. @TRAI I believe customer can get the name of the last person they talked to on customer care.

    @DoT_India I have logged a complaint with @ViCustomerCare and it was mentioned that issue will be resolved by 6 a.m. on 19th October. They have closed my case but the issue is not resolved. Entire Kolkata is facing the exact same issue. Could you please check?

    @ViCustomerCare day or two there is too too bad internet issues with Vi in my geo add: Gopalwadi road Shende vasti behind sakhare garage Daund -413801 such a big brand have this type of poor service, feels bad that i am unhappy and many unhappy user's getting such poor service
