    @ViCustomerCare My Vi internet is extremely slow and practically unusable. Despite having an active plan, the service is seriously disappointing. Fix this network/data issue immediately.

    @ViCustomerCare Paid for a new Vi SIM with delivery scheduled for 31st July in Bargarh, Odisha. No one showed up. Every day customer support gives the same script: "Executive will reach today." Still waiting. Please resolve this or refund my money immediately.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare from last 2day my sim network was gone and I complaint from that on 30 July. Till date it was not resolve can you told me how many more days you need to solve my issue and I am able to use my sim @TRAI

    After switching from @ViCustomerCare , @JioCare I think Vi was more caring than you, they have better services I think. Though they have lot of problems, but you, your service just disgusting in our area. Sorry Vi😔 I will back after three months.
