    @ViCustomerCare I am just fed up with the network quality and coverage issues across Nagpur city, severe n/w fluctuations. Following up every 3/4months since 3+yrs now, nothing has changed much! At times n/w completely goes. Sim settngs done by Vi store person. #PoorNW

Noone has called me or resolved the issue What are u doing since 5 months? I have been raising same issue since 5 months!

    @airtelindia @JassiParamjit @ViCustomerCare Your company ' tower established at village Baragaun of district Jhunjhunu in Rajasthan. There near village namely sithal distance 4-5 km where net of Airtel not reaching continously. Direct concerned officer-in-charge for better net of 4 G service for online classes of students

    @ViCustomerCare Everything has been done and tested, Final sim settings done by the VI store employee. It's been more than 3years now I am facing such kind of issues. Issues will be resolved after complaint and comes back after 3/4 months again. Can you not provide seamless experience?

    @ViCustomerCare Where is the benefits for all 3 VI numbers? @ViCustomerCare 28days benefits of previous month and 28days for this month benefits still pending. You're doing fake commitment for the resolution but no one bother to take action against you guy's and no one providing the benefits.
