    @ViCustomerCare has a few stipulations if you have a connection with them. 1. Always have two phone connections - because hey if your SIM stops working, well too bad, you need an OTP or no replacement SIM.

    @ViCustomerCare No signal in phone since tonight. I visited store,they told to exchange sim, In processing Otp mail error. They said to come after 2hrs.. Phone is dead since tonight.Very Pathetic service. Surely Quit Vodafone services.

    @ViCustomerCare worst service and nonsensical paying 100rs and getting existing number sim card and waiting for long period, where @airtelindia is good in this within 5mins i got sim card and got activated soon.what bullshit @ViCustomerCare is giving service really never expected
