    @ViCustomerCare sick and tired of horrible internet connection. 4g speeds are lesser than gsm cdmi. I have complained for ten times at least. Everytime some customer care exec calls and lies "we have done our work, your connection has improved". They do nothing but lie.

    @sunil_sachin @ViCustomerCare I have been facing the same problem for months now. I complained to them and did everything I could. They only asked me to recharge with different packs n wasted my money and still the problm hasn't been solved. So done with VI. Internet services are also horrible.

    Your ntwk is down since 22nd & still not restored. During recent floods in Kokan area, when people need phones to be in touch with near & dears, no vodafone network is available since last four days. Isnt it shameful for a company like Vodafone? @ViCustomerCare
