    @ViCustomerCare raised a complaint regarding lack of network coverage and after 3 days they contacted me on alternate number to say the issue is resolved.! The network is so pathetic that they had to reach on another network. Issue is for Bangalore and not a remote place. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Thankyou for your services since 2007. U have d worst customer care/IVR. Not able to reach u guys at all and it's waste of time. It's an impossible task to get an issue resolved 🙏 That's y u r loosing customers every month. Planning to port to @airtelindia
