    p5: Ive tried all the tips and tricks they said to me, resetting the phone, resetting the network, switching off Volte. still nothing works @ViCustomerCare do you even know how to solve the issue ? If you cant help me can you atleast cancel my bills ? (..p6)

    p6: I am a @vodafone customer for 15 years now and haven't faced far more disappointment. Especially from @ViCustomerCare . Doesn't even makes sense to give me a sim and then when it doesn't work still keep on charging me. Hope this gets resolved.

    @ViCustomerCare Today I'd taken VI sim and I'd got this number 9642356062 but still it is not activated yet and still it's not showing the signal of the sim but I got two messages from VI and that is your request will processed shortly. But it's still not happened..

    Still didnt get my network working I am outside of India and also now cant get the customer care number working. Is this how you treat your old trusted customers? @ViCustomerCare
