    @ViCustomerCare Why it is required to call me 5 times a day. Just send a person to deliver the SIM at my location. Is that solution not going through ??? Instead of calling me, your company can activate the SIM in the past 4 days . But you choosing to not to do that.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial @TRAI even after almost ten days of new complaints vi is not taking seriously the network issue. It’s insane to use vi postpaid.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare , I ordered a prepaid SIM on 3rd May (Order ID: DCHD03052607885 ). It's been 4 days and still no delivery. Customer care is only giving vague 'call back' promises every day. Very poor service! Please resolve this immediately. #Vi #CustomerService

    @ViCustomerCare I have sent you more than twenty five emails in last one and half months, but there has been no rectification. Called on 199 etc, visited Vi store twice. No resolution. Most hopeless service
