    @VodafoneIN Hi, just received a SMS from Vodafone regarding my refund of security deposit cheque saying that due to courier service not available during lockdown period due to covid -19, request to please arrange this after all this issue get resolved and when it become normal.

    @VodafoneIN [1/2]To upgrade my plan, I was asked to port from M&G to Mumbai circle. I got a new SIM & the request should hav completed in 4 days. It’s been 5 days & my new SIM is still not active. M&G & Mumbai customer care r making me call each other & none doing the actual work

    [2/2] @VodafoneIN And this is after visiting the store and calling customer care multiple times. Something similar is happening with my wife’s number too and she hasn’t been able to use her no. for 7 days now. Never expected such terrible service being a loyal customer for years.

    I never expected such terrible service from @VodafoneIN ! It’s been such a tiring experience from last 7 days as I’m struggling to get my number working with an appropriate plan. On call & in store Customer care is making me go round & round and none really providing a resolution

    It’s unfortunate that I had to choose to port out my number to other operators only for a stupid reason that @ViBusinessIndia could not resolve a simple issue which is as pity as switching off my call forwarding option. Even after visiting the @ViCustomerCare multiple times!

    When I called VI customer care and complaint about this issue, they are repeating the same that I consumed all 2GB data. I am repeatedly getting flaws in data even If I got full range of 4G. Complaint which I raised through App got closed without rectification @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I made recharge of my mobile number 9313006697. I Selected plan 1799 for 1 yr. Made payment through HDFC Credit Card. Amount deducted Rs 2899. Account recharged under plan 2899. This is not JUSTIFIED.Please activate plan 1799 and issue refund Rs 1100.

    @vodafonecom @ViCustomerCare #networkIssue #lowSignal Too much of low network issue in high volumn area near Hinjawadi, Tathawde, Pune. Raised complaint 5-6 times with 198, but everytime it's closed saying checked network is optimal. But not getting any resolution.
