    [2/2] @VodafoneIN And this is after visiting the store and calling customer care multiple times. Something similar is happening with my wife’s number too and she hasn’t been able to use her no. for 7 days now. Never expected such terrible service being a loyal customer for years.

    @VodafoneIN [1/2]To upgrade my plan, I was asked to port from M&G to Mumbai circle. I got a new SIM & the request should hav completed in 4 days. It’s been 5 days & my new SIM is still not active. M&G & Mumbai customer care r making me call each other & none doing the actual work

    @ViCustomerCare Why don't you shut down the cmpany if you cant provide the proper internet (its jst 1kbps) hardly n always call drop issues, no clear voice. HOW We could support 2 our customers with such issues. We are always taking care of our customers and cant treat like you

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Yesterday I applied for portability FROM VI and since then VI people called me atleast 20 times with different number. This is a harasment. Please instruct your team to stop calling me, else I will make a formal complaint for harrasment from VI.

    @ViCustomerCare The customer care team has no solution to port out from VI. Rachna & Seema cannot raise Complaint regarding sms not being sent from my VI No. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare Much better.

    @shubniti @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Bilaspur (CG) heart of city on main road 3GB daily data plan but not getting internet or some time very slow so messages doesn't go in whatsapp. I need refund It's works little better post mid night No customer care suport n App troubleshoot doesent check speed
