I never expected such terrible service from @VodafoneIN ! It’s been such a tiring experience from last 7 days as I’m struggling to get my number working with an appropriate plan. On call & in store Customer care is making me go round & round and none really providing a resolution

[2/2] @VodafoneIN And this is after visiting the store and calling customer care multiple times. Something similar is happening with my wife’s number too and she hasn’t been able to use her no. for 7 days now. Never expected such terrible service being a loyal customer for years.

@VodafoneIN [1/2]To upgrade my plan, I was asked to port from M&G to Mumbai circle. I got a new SIM & the request should hav completed in 4 days. It’s been 5 days & my new SIM is still not active. M&G & Mumbai customer care r making me call each other & none doing the actual work

@ViCustomerCare is so ghatiya that no one uses it in my locality, i tried after seeing there ad, but believe me they are unbelievably ghatiyaaa network, luckily I took only a month pack.. 22 more days to get rid of this shiiit,, closed my complaint saying they also have issue

@ViCustomerCare Hi I am getting non-stop spam calls every 5 mins from the last four days, despite DnD being activated. It is so bad I have had to switch off my phone all day. Not a single IVR or customer care number works. Why are you not being able to fix this?
