    I never expected such terrible service from @VodafoneIN ! It’s been such a tiring experience from last 7 days as I’m struggling to get my number working with an appropriate plan. On call & in store Customer care is making me go round & round and none really providing a resolution

    [2/2] @VodafoneIN And this is after visiting the store and calling customer care multiple times. Something similar is happening with my wife’s number too and she hasn’t been able to use her no. for 7 days now. Never expected such terrible service being a loyal customer for years.

    @VodafoneIN [1/2]To upgrade my plan, I was asked to port from M&G to Mumbai circle. I got a new SIM & the request should hav completed in 4 days. It’s been 5 days & my new SIM is still not active. M&G & Mumbai customer care r making me call each other & none doing the actual work

    @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago I port my sim number +918433781973 From Airtel to VI in may 15 probebly. there is no network in it.I used it there for 1.5 months and came back here and now it is closed. Now what should I do? Please help me in any way possible.

    @ViCustomerCare wrost network service of Vodafone outdoor and indoor both network are not working only 2 signals are in my area showing which is switching to 2G with in second And after flightmode at same location show 4G for 1 min again to 2G. You need to check my area 😡😡😡
