    I never expected such terrible service from @VodafoneIN ! It’s been such a tiring experience from last 7 days as I’m struggling to get my number working with an appropriate plan. On call & in store Customer care is making me go round & round and none really providing a resolution

    [2/2] @VodafoneIN And this is after visiting the store and calling customer care multiple times. Something similar is happening with my wife’s number too and she hasn’t been able to use her no. for 7 days now. Never expected such terrible service being a loyal customer for years.

    @VodafoneIN [1/2]To upgrade my plan, I was asked to port from M&G to Mumbai circle. I got a new SIM & the request should hav completed in 4 days. It’s been 5 days & my new SIM is still not active. M&G & Mumbai customer care r making me call each other & none doing the actual work

    Dear @ViCustomerCare , your internet speed is worst after evening in my area. I've called almost ten times at your customer care center and they gave just dates not solution to the problem. Not just me but everyone who's VI's sim are facing same problem. (1)

    @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago Since 2 months my Vodafone number is off due to Vodafone not able to activate my Esim after multiple attempts. The company is still sending me bills every month when my number is blocked. Highly unprofessional and poor customer service.
