    @VodafoneIN [1/2]To upgrade my plan, I was asked to port from M&G to Mumbai circle. I got a new SIM & the request should hav completed in 4 days. It’s been 5 days & my new SIM is still not active. M&G & Mumbai customer care r making me call each other & none doing the actual work

    @VodafoneIN so sad poor service in corporate connection when we have taken a connection how can you activate any service with confirming the company.and not cancelling it when its accidental . Thats unethical and wrong pl change it- 9587794794

    @VodafoneIN Hi, just received a SMS from Vodafone regarding my refund of security deposit cheque saying that due to courier service not available during lockdown period due to covid -19, request to please arrange this after all this issue get resolved and when it become normal.

    [2/2] @VodafoneIN And this is after visiting the store and calling customer care multiple times. Something similar is happening with my wife’s number too and she hasn’t been able to use her no. for 7 days now. Never expected such terrible service being a loyal customer for years.

    I never expected such terrible service from @VodafoneIN ! It’s been such a tiring experience from last 7 days as I’m struggling to get my number working with an appropriate plan. On call & in store Customer care is making me go round & round and none really providing a resolution

    @DoT_India , Pls check with @ViCustomerCare why they aren't giving me the number +91-9619871185. I have waited till another subscriber disconnect and from then followed for now for more than 2 months. allocate that number to #airtel, they provide the best service.

    @harinatarajan31 @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare From may 2021 every month my balance is getting deducted in the name of sports pack which I never subscribed, today I observed I got call from +918879983333 I answered the same since it was IVR promotional call I disconnected the same and 5 rs deducted

    @ViCustomerCare U r not at all interested u could have revoked the sms services once Trai has guided u. Instead u opted to fight, there will a solution. If not this month we will port out from @ViCustomerCare next month. People will not bear u for more time
