  [2/2] @VodafoneIN And this is after visiting the store and calling customer care multiple times. Something similar is happening with my wife’s number too and she hasn’t been able to use her no. for 7 days now. Never expected such terrible service being a loyal customer for years.

  @VodafoneIN Hi, just received a SMS from Vodafone regarding my refund of security deposit cheque saying that due to courier service not available during lockdown period due to covid -19, request to please arrange this after all this issue get resolved and when it become normal.

  @VodafoneIN [1/2]To upgrade my plan, I was asked to port from M&G to Mumbai circle. I got a new SIM & the request should hav completed in 4 days. It’s been 5 days & my new SIM is still not active. M&G & Mumbai customer care r making me call each other & none doing the actual work

  I never expected such terrible service from @VodafoneIN ! It’s been such a tiring experience from last 7 days as I’m struggling to get my number working with an appropriate plan. On call & in store Customer care is making me go round & round and none really providing a resolution

  @ssathish_mca @ViCustomerCare #vi don't have good indoor coverage in South India as well in Tamilnadu. They are neglecting entire south India . No update on Vowifi. We don't know, 5g service will be provided or not at par with North India. After Diwali most of TN #vi customers will port to other network.

  @ViCustomerCare Issue was highlighted on 24 sept , 5 days as gone since I have raised a complaint regarding no internet connection . fraudsters with your service .How long I should follow up to slove my issues . Within city limits itself your internet facility is pathetic

  @ViCustomerCare My vi network is not coming,then I call customer care they tell to contact vi store,then I go to vi store,they that you have to take new sim and give 100rs,and do the recharge then I do the recharge but otp is not coming....when I get solution?

  @ViCustomerCare It's right time to move with Airtel better service,we are paying for the service but u doesn't bother to reslove issue in time .
