    @VodafoneIN Since morning no network in whole Ahwa District headquarter, The Dangs, Pin 394710 This network outage is happening since last week constantly and this is third complain.

    @VodafoneIN Repeatedly network failure every day, Ahwa The Dangs Pin: 394710. Neither able to call nor use internet. This is 2nd and last complain. Despite paying premium amount in postpaid connection getting no service. This is very sorry state of Vodafone. Please look into it.

    @ViCustomerCare Connected the Vodafone Idea store and the local appellate on a call—both just passed the buck, asking me to call the other. Meanwhile the SIM is still dead. Everything is linked to this number. What kind of apathetic service is this, @ViCustomerCare?

    @ViCustomerCare Continue asking 5G coverage at PIN 523167. Always says phase manner since 2 years. No able to provide service or else port is only the option

    @ViCustomerCare Chennaram village, Adhula mandal, Wanaparthy Dct, Telangana state 509206 near anjaneya swamy temple Bhodrai no Vodafone idea 4G network please provide quality 4G network immediately. So many times I tell you. But no improvement since 9 nine months facing problem.

    @ViCustomerCare Appreciate your response. But what a seriously absurd way to solve this problem. I need to take a flight worth 12K to go to Pune to do my KYC in the nearest Vi store and pay Rs.50 for number reactivation. I'm in Chennai right now. Most absurd policy and process.

    @ViCustomerCare This is for your reference. As per our recent communication, regarding your network concern, please note that we have registered your network complaint with ref. no. MNG-V02075090944. The expected resolution date is 20 Apr '26 till 05.34 PM.

    @TRAI @DoT_India Are you aware of this #ViScam I have seen some post also. And face the same issue @ViCustomerCare wantedly disabling the customer sim, and forcing them to move postpaid to retain that number Kindly confirm whether u informed them to do it, or they r doing it.
