This is 2nd and last complain. Despite paying premium amount in postpaid connection getting no service. This is very sorry state of Vodafone. Please look into it.

I need to take a flight worth 12K to go to Pune to do my KYC in the nearest Vi store and pay Rs.50 for number reactivation. I'm in Chennai right now. Most absurd policy and process.

And face the same issue @ViCustomerCare wantedly disabling the customer sim, and forcing them to move postpaid to retain that number Kindly confirm whether u informed them to do it, or they r doing it.
