@VodafoneIN Repeatedly network failure every day, Ahwa The Dangs Pin: 394710. Neither able to call nor use internet. This is 2nd and last complain. Despite paying premium amount in postpaid connection getting no service. This is very sorry state of Vodafone. Please look into it.

@ViCustomerCare I'm tired of saying it, but I'm always frustrated by this network. The network where the internet goes down for 2-3 minutes every 2 hours, and where connections to strangers and cross-talk are common. I'm kicking myself for porting to Vi. #DontPortToVi

@ViCustomerCare The issue stills not resolved but only the tickets are closed as resolved without even without confirming with us for a courtesy. Irony is that they don't even have the option to reopen the tickets. Are we jobless to keep raising tickets and speaking with ur non actionable reps
