@VodafoneIN Repeatedly network failure every day, Ahwa The Dangs Pin: 394710. Neither able to call nor use internet. This is 2nd and last complain. Despite paying premium amount in postpaid connection getting no service. This is very sorry state of Vodafone. Please look into it.

@VodafoneIN Since morning no network in whole Ahwa District headquarter, The Dangs, Pin 394710 This network outage is happening since last week constantly and this is third complain.

@ViCustomerCare @Rahulku787093 Same here, very bad network since last 3.5 week, they asked RESOLUTION time till 02/09 but didn't do anything. They tell us to keep monitoring!! The company should be banned as they take charges of 4G but don't provide 4G and don't even resolve network issues. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare The vi app is as slow as snail. It consumes lot of time to refresh and data balance properly not shown. Not a nice app.

@ViCustomerCare I was facing network issue before ,6 months and also i was raise a request at many time but still i didn't get satisfaction answer and also my query was not resolved. Slogan of vi is we are faster 4g network.but we are never provide this facility it only slogan.

Also realised that both airtel and jio gives free caller tunes feature but VI doesn't. Yet another reason to change my service provider. #ViSucks @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViBusinessIndia

@ViCustomerCare @ShaikhS44795338 True. They can just give 4G double data plans only and then they don't provide 4G against which they hefty plan amounts. @ViCustomerCare should be sued for looting people. They take charges of 4G but not providing 4G or providing network issue resolutions for 3-4 weeks!!

@ViCustomerCare issue fixed. It was an issue with the old Idea sim in my mobile. Got a new duplicate Vi sim and now everything is fine. 👍👍
