    @VodafoneIN Since morning no network in whole Ahwa District headquarter, The Dangs, Pin 394710 This network outage is happening since last week constantly and this is third complain.

    @VodafoneIN Repeatedly network failure every day, Ahwa The Dangs Pin: 394710. Neither able to call nor use internet. This is 2nd and last complain. Despite paying premium amount in postpaid connection getting no service. This is very sorry state of Vodafone. Please look into it.

    I had a thought why jio and airtel are successful as compared to @ViCustomerCare . Then i placed new sim request with VI & now i have all the answers. 2 days no updates, amount paid , no. selected but still waiting for my sim card at last fed up with service i canceled my order

    Very bad service,bad internet speed too slow. Repeatedly the 4G signal becomes 2G, E. After regular complaint no improvement. You should give importance to your customer grievance @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare, hi I want to close my Vi connection. Tried connecting your customer care via failing 199/199. It doesn't give option nor it has any manual intervention or facility to speak to customer care. Tell me how do I close my Vodafone no.

    @ViCustomerCare Prashant, Thank you for the explanation, but I am extremely disappointed with this response. First and foremost, I never authorized or requested any Vi Movies & TV subscription or auto-renewal. Who gave Vi permission to activate or auto-renew this service on my number

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India “Noted, will update shortly” is not a resolution. Your number +919953015328 is still being used for marketing calls. Give a clear public update on action taken, not another vague reply.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare - SIM card is not working with @SamsungMobile 😭since a week. I thought It’s a device’s fault, but guess what… Jio sim worked perfectly!

    @ViCustomerCare We have been emailing @VodafoneIdea customer support repeatedly regarding this issue but there has been NO action or resolution so far. How long must customers wait for basic connectivity? #ViNetworkDown #CustomerNeglect
