    @VodafoneIN GUJV00046900783 Pathetic service and customer care. Without having confirmation and contact customer your team closes the complaint just to maintain their resolution time to achieve target. I am facing network issues since last 6 months.

    Pathetic conversation with @ViCustomerCare care on 198. Customer care guy told me "we can't to anything, you recharge again with โ‚น 500 or you move to other network. After being a customer for 17 Yr this is what you get. No option left other than to port on other network.

    @ViCustomerCare Insane .. After visit from your Network Department Guy Force me to Sign on blank form. He Doesnโ€™t Wrote any single Complain About Network on it. He Just walk away while I denied Sign on blank form. This is how u resolve Complaints???

    I visited the @ViCustomerCare today. They took my complaint and asked me to wait 2 hours. After waiting, they told me to come back after the 11th. Now theyโ€™re asking me to pay โ‚น650 (including late fees) + โ‚น550 just for incoming calls for 15 days (no outgoing), and then,

    Never trust the vendors of @ViCustomerCare - Bought the 2 sim cards (ported from Jio) and yesterday both SIMs got actovated. I am on a trip with family but the retailer did not did do the first recharge so both sims are not working. @jaagograhakjago
