    @reliancejio @JioCare i thought i would get supirior experience if port into jio. Guy at Jio was unprofessional and rude refused to help. Instead of helping customers he was busy with his phone setting up callertune. Well change my mind, i am staying with @ViCustomerCare.

    One of the worst mobile network I have ever experienced. U suck @VodafoneIN Time to change the network operator. Sooner or later @VodafoneIN will be diminished, if @VodafoneIN will keep continuing with the same attitude

    @rupaldalal15 @VodafoneIN I have switched to jio.. connectivity is quite good. And net also.. airtel is good .. i use both.. Vodafone is now dustbin.. poor quality of network..

    @DoT_India respected department of telecommunications Let me know that is there any refund system from mobile network companies? I paid for 4G network in @ViCustomerCare and @VodafoneGroup give me 2G network with 3 signal bars. And my money totally wasted 😡😡

    @VodafoneIN @TRAI I have poorest network and internet connection, after raising so many complaints, no solution, call drop, 3G speed is like speed of a turtle... Is the company forcing to change the network?

    @VodafoneIN i can see few VAS activated in application but actually i am not able to utilize it and tried to contact customer care but hard luck. One of the service is Zee5, shows activated in Vi app and not able to use it.. how come you discontinue without even prior informing.

    @ViCustomerCare you guys it's been 10 days my friend @NGhuse has no network on his primary num. Got a new SIM 2 days back still not started. Your team says in DM they called but not reachable. He's getting a 100 calls a day only you guys are not able to reach? Is this a joke?

    I am not getting OTP on my @VodafoneIN no. and ur customer care said 'As per TRAI regulations OTPs are blocked and I need to contact each app where I get OTP from to get it resolved'. Like really? Educate your executives and resolve my issue ASAP.

    My father who was using Vodaphone since 2003 at that time it's name was hutch,And just 3 weeks before he went to the @ViCustomerCare to convert his sim from 3G to 4G and till date he has went to the store 5 times at the age of 68 his network is gone from past 3 weeks.
