@VodafoneIN From the day I have done recharge on an average a minimum of 500mb or more than that is going wasted because of the bad network in one of the mega city of India. I hope you understand as you have increased the rates of you recharge by decreasing the validity period.

@VodafoneIN Also call to customer care they put call on hold then cut the call, also they are happy while telling them to port out from Vodafone and swich to JIO. M holding voda since 10+ years. This is not the service we want.

@ViCustomerCare Recently port from jio to vi because of dataplan. Sim activated on feb3, 2022 after that nosignal, no 4g, no calls, no data, 299pack also gone. Complaint raise 3times feb3, 7,10,15 but not resolved issue. Customer care, social team always tells issue solved as soon as possible.
