    @ViCustomerCare thanxs Vi for help got from your side as the excutive ( which I had complaint) told me Monday 12 see ubin vi store just concern about my safety it was great help from your side but anything happens to me my guess u gave my data good night hope i wont get hurt

    @rupaldalal15 @VodafoneIN I have switched to jio.. connectivity is quite good. And net also.. airtel is good .. i use both.. Vodafone is now dustbin.. poor quality of network..

    @reliancejio @JioCare i thought i would get supirior experience if port into jio. Guy at Jio was unprofessional and rude refused to help. Instead of helping customers he was busy with his phone setting up callertune. Well change my mind, i am staying with @ViCustomerCare.

While we've noted your concern, here's a way to improve your indoor Network experience. Simply connect to any WiFi and start making calls using WiFi calling from Vi

    @VodafoneIN @youbroadband there are multiple similar complaints like mine and are yet to be resolved. I think there is some serious issue with your customer service. Either you don't have workforce or people are not willing to work.

The network has dropped so low that the phone is overheating, finally I am forced to use the sim keypad mobile from the smartphone. Nothing else will happen because of you.     @ViCustomerCare Fraud Alert My number 9820109*** has been activated on someone else's name. Upon calling Vi customer care they are just asking to wait. Not sure how much time it takes to rectify their mistake. Store PPL asks to put in social media and still no response.@TRAI @AdityaBirlaGrp

    @ViCustomerCare My number has been stopped due to re-KYC not done, but now Iโ€™m being forced to migrate to postpaid just for field verification. So prepaid users are not valued customers? Using Vi since 2013, now no service for 24+ hours despite payment. This is unfair.
