One of the service is Zee5, shows activated in Vi app and not able to use it.. how come you discontinue without even prior informing.

Then your customer service denies and when informed about legal proceedings, they process for a refund.

A local mini store called asking me to convert to postpaid; when I refused, they said no delivery agent is available. Customer care assured delivery but 24+ hrs no update. Please deliver my SIM or refund.
