    @VodafoneIN having the worst experience of your internet speed since last 10 days....... I can not believe that you are the same vodafone whom i know as the best network provider 2-3 year ago..

    @Airtel_Presence Continues slow data speed take me to the @VodafoneIN I was a huge @airtelindia fan from the days of #airtel3g but you guys are now started disappointing. 2-3 MBPS SPEED ON SO CALLED AIRTEL 4G ARE YOU GUYS KIDDING ?

    @VodafoneIN i can see few VAS activated in application but actually i am not able to utilize it and tried to contact customer care but hard luck. One of the service is Zee5, shows activated in Vi app and not able to use it.. how come you discontinue without even prior informing.

    @VodafoneIN @youbroadband I have registered a complaint regarding no internet connectivity issue on 4th of August, since then made multiple call to your customer care but still my problem is not resolved. Req. no. - 2020080417481. Please look into it.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial more than 3 months later the problem remains unresolved. Your executives accept the billing is incorrect, but claim your billing team insists it’s correct. I am asking for an explanation of the bill, but no one can offer any. Is this how it works?

    @ViCustomerCare I'm using a 5 Mobile have an Unlimited 5G recharge active and I'm in a 5G coverage area However I'm still unable to access Unlimited 5G and my usage is being deducted from my regular data quota. Please look into this issue and provide resolution

    @anjusabu @ViCustomerCare Same here. The IR roaming pack didn’t work and on complaining, they just compensated by reducing ₹1000 from the bill. In fact, entire amount should have been refunded when the outgoing calls were not working. It’s just a scam.

    @ViCustomerCare I bought a new postpaid sim and your employee taken 500INR as security deposit from me and he told after SIM got activated it'll be reflected in your account. Seems that is not happened please help me on this.
