Then your customer service denies and when informed about legal proceedings, they process for a refund.

My father has 2 sim and his Vi sim doesn't have outgoing call and when I contacted the vi support I was said that since I wasn't making any calls from them the outgoing call has been barred due to inactivity.

During porting 10 people called ,now when they deliver a defective sim I have to go out in 43 degrees heat and get it resolved , what was originally VI's fault @Vodacom @ViCustomerCare now I lose 7 year old no
