    @TRAI @VodafoneIN I have been using Vodafone since last 7 years. I am facing issue of data access at my home location. For which I have been complaining since last 8 months. But no resolution has been given till time, I have complained many times.

    @VodafoneIN @TRAI in our area connectivity issues rate become higher from last afew weeks. Not getting much speed in 4G internet connection. Number of call drops getting higher. Issues facing area: Gota - Ahmedabad, Bodakde - Ahmedabad, Shella - Ahmedabad and near by areas.

    @VodafoneIN I am really thankful to you guys to solve the issue previously. However, we are facing issues with Internet now. Connection loss frequently and get super low speed.. Need to restart mobile data in few minutes to resume connection. Sending you gps location with this.

    @VodafoneIN Since long i am your Professional Customer but from so many times i am not satisfied with your service as well as 4G network. Very Slow seems like tortoise. Please Upgrade or guide me for improve speed. Otherwise u'll loose your valuable customer.

    @dhaivathjoshi @Jv_Janjrukia @VodafoneIN @Bhut_cs @mitesh2291 @BSNL_GJ @VodafoneIN very poor customer care experience over call. Your customer care executive told me your 4g service is not working properly in my mentioned areas. And when I asked when it will resolved. She replied that not sure when it will resolved. 2G network working perfectly.

    @VodafoneIN Situation has forced me to discontinue the plan and go for prepaid. Unfortunately it comes at a cost of 1.25 month excess rental and waste of precious time. Real question remains unanswered about increase in tariff and hoax customer care. Hence I want @TRAI to act.

    @ViCustomerCare I am a customer of Vodafone-idea (vi) I was enroll for 299 postpaid plan I am customer of this company since 2004 but since last 2 month till is company became VI they are cheating the customer by increasing the bill amount by false saying that you have opted for vas.     @ViCustomerCare should sue VI for defrauding millions of customers by signing up people to plans that deduct money periodically for users. Hundreds of senior citizens unknowingly get enrolled into stupid monthly packs and lose balance at the blink of an eye @jagograhakjago

    @ViCustomerCare Couple of days also same msg was posted from vi. Nobody got in touch. Just arrange to send UPC code for me so I leave this useless network and company which doesn't even follow TRAI directives.
