Dear Vi care, am your regular customer since 2009. Even then am receiving bad customer service from your side and this is too unsatisfactory for me. I have changed my plan and reduced it to 399 from 499 even then the bill remain approximately same.@rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare As someone who has continued to use Vodafone for many years, I'd like to know why does d network always go down in recent days. I couldn't call or use d internet for more than 7 hours. No proper response from the support as well. Maybe it's time for @airtelindia?

@ViCustomerCare Ibought a sim on Nov 9 and its nov 15 still it didn't get activated .Then after trying possible ways with customer care they raised a complaint - "reference number RTN-V01116440030".To day a message "RTN-V01116440030 dated 13 Nov is resolved". But not solved
