@ViCustomerCare I applied for SIM replacement on 20.9.22 and it is more than a week still my new SIM isn't able to find the network as the verification process is still underway. I am totally fed up with it. Kindly resolve asap as it is my primary number.

It's day 2 since youbroadband technician or person have not came to resolve the issue and simply wasting time in office...I've never seen such a waste service or waste internet service provider like @youbroadband @ViCustomerCare @kumarmangalambirla
