    @ViCustomerCare My senior citizen father’s SIM got disconnected without any request, citing “upgrade” despite having an active recharge. He’s now stranded with no network. This is extremely inconvenient. Please restore his services urgently. 🙏

    @ViCustomerCare My old sim with a prepaid plan stopped working. When I went to a Vi store to get a replacement, they were forcing me to get a new sim with a Postpaid plan despite me already having a prepaid plan claiming it is "company policy". Absolutely pathetic service
