    @NetworkVi @akshayamoondra @ViCustomerCare "It’s a complete fraud! Promised 5G, but it doesn't even connect. Now, I'm stuck with 4G, and that too has zero internet speed. Paying full money for no service is pure harassment. Stop cheating customers and fix this connectivity mess.

    @airtelindia : your services sucks.. I am fed up with your prepaid services. Looking for an alternate now.. @reliancejio or @ViCustomerCare . Airtel has been looting me for weeks and there is no way to connect a human agent. IVR doesn't solve all issues.

    @ViCustomerCare The app is extremely slow and every recharge attempt is becoming a nightmare. Facing constant payment failures where money is deducted but recharge fails. Highly frustrated with this experience. Fix this and refund my pending amounts ASAP! DMed you the details @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare network site At-KHAJURIAKATA, BLOCK-HINDOL, DIST-DHENKANAL, STATE-ODISHA is down since 6hrs but still @ViNewsOfficial is doing nothing. Already complained multiple times. Kindly reach out to me on 9668042472 and assign a technician as well.
