    @ViCustomerCare I am not satisfied with your response and your service please deliver my sim on my doorstep and also i feel harassed and cheated by your team. And also stop the promotional of door step delivery in 24 hours because this is false and mislead customer . @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK

    @ViCustomerCare Network coverage very low and net speed slow .i faced this issue from past 3-5 years but no issue resolved till now I think i will port to another network. pincode 411019(tweet by using wifi as there is network issue🤐icant tweet by your network)

    Vodafone Idea in Siliguri is so Poor that it couldn't afford a proper power backup to supply its service in this area when there is power cut for more than 4 hours. This problem is been faced by all the Vi customers since a long time. @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare @pib_comm

    Hi, i have raised requested to upgrade my Sim 3G to 4G at your VI store mogappair on 11.01.23, 2 PM and paid INR 100. At that time they confirmed me new sim will activate within 3 hours. Next day my old sim deactivated but till new sim not yet activated. Pls help @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I have a vodafone postpaid sim , I carried it from india to Amsterdam and , there is no signal , i tried to change network selection to 3g , on off ,nothing worked. Even I have voda nl sim that works fine. #Vodanosignal #nonetwork

    @ViCustomerCare Since last 2 days Network is not available. I am not able to get any OTP or call/message. What kind of service is this. How cam I complain. I tried to complain via whatsapp but is is asking for OTP but if no signal is available How can I get the OTP?
