    Dear @ViCustomerCare, VI 5 G vi 5g not work properly in Delh. In some area 5g network doesn't work. In downloading Video and image, it takes more time. It happens with me not know about others. 4G works properly.

    @ViCustomerCare Still no resolution from @ViCustomerCare. My internet remains extremely slow despite reporting the issue yesterday. This level of service is unacceptable. Resolve it immediately. #Vi #NetworkIssue #PoorService

    @ViCustomerCare Unexpectedly received a call from Amit (Vi)He assured me that my network issue would be resolved very soon. So, I'll recharge my number for one more month & see whether the problem is fixed.
