    @ViCustomerCare I would also like to file a formal complaint for the same. Scamming people and not being bothered by the same. Being a Vi customet for over 10 years and now going through this kinda of hassle, definitely would port to another provider

    @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar @TRAI I have raised the requeste for MNP in afternoon. After that I have received more than 20 calls from VI helpline. Even I have toda them I don't want to continue with VI anymore, still they are continuously call me and harrassing me.Pla help

    @ViCustomerCare They feel people are illiterate and they won't bother much and just blame us for random recharges. I called up the support team and followed up for 10-12 days, they said they can't do anything. If this is the kind of scam that's going on, there's no use to stay with Vi

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare Ported out of Vodafone due to poor network after paying all dues and extra just in case. Now 2 months later VI has demanded dues by canceling previous waivers. Is this ethical? This, to a 15 years of regular bill paying customer. Pathetic.
