    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India VI’s own roaming SMS alerts showed max 600MB usage, but the final bill reflects 2GB and excess charges. I was told a waiver would be given, then calls went unanswered, stores refused help, and the issue remains unresolved. Please act urgently.

    @ViCustomerCare using vi sim for last 6 months but the main problem in Tripura state is less coverage area. While traveling it becomes difficult to get proper signal at many places. Improve coverage in Tripura and also in North-East Circle.

    @ViCustomerCare I really hope that your policy gets revised on re-verification. As for you, it's just a connection, but for an individual, it's their whole digital identity. @JioCare since we port from your network to VI can you help here since the number got deactivated on 15Apr. @GoI_MeitY

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Without balance now the network is not coming, so suddenly I am out of network because My prepaid balance is deducting automatically for no reason.Every week this is repeating. Look into it seriously, don't force the customer to throw your SIM.
