@airtelindia Your mobile network for voice calls is absolutely terrible in Alkapoor Township, Hyderabad. We are experiencing frequent call drops and connection issues these days. Even poor @ViCustomerCare is offering better coverage in our area. Please fix this ASAP.

@ViCustomerCare Network Is very poor. With the 4g recharge its giving 2g speed. What is this seriously. Who will opearte/work on your 2g speed. Look into this matter urgently as daily we are facing lot of issues because of this. This is going on from last coupl of days now.

@ViCustomerCare I ordered a sim from VI app on 29th Aug, Not received yet, on-call Customer care says, they don't have any info go to VI store, VI store says they don't have any Idea for online orders send a mail, mailId given by them is not correct. Stuck now

@ViCustomerCare reference number <UPE-V00570599227> has not resolved since 11th Aug 2021, my internet is getting down in every 15 to 20 minutes and it's not usable at all to me. Please escalate it to your next level for an early resolution of this chronic flapping issue.
