    @ViCustomerCare I went to VI Store in Greater Noida West (Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh) to get my VI Sim reissued. They charged me Rs 250 and said the sim is inactive and will take a day to get activated. Can you help?

    Recently I've started to encounter this issue on @ViCustomerCare. While making a call, the network switches from 4G to 2G automatically. VoLTE is on. Anyone else facing this?

    @ViCustomerCare I have sent the message and now awaiting a proper resolution at the earliest. I am waiting to see where VI stands on this and how quickly you can resolve it.

    @ViCustomerCare Even after requesting you guys to activate my number first, there was no response. Becoz of your mistake,I was blocked for 3 days. I visited the same senseless VI Store and fixed the problem. Remember this was my 4th VISIT. RIP VI - Porting to Airtel! Pathetic @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare i am a corporate postpaid user and just now when I landed in Jammu , there is no signal in my phone having VI network,which is working in Mumbai, really pathetic service. Now can you tell me being postpaid user how i will talk to my family.worst experience.
