@ViCustomerCare hi, I recharged my no with 399 pack for 56 days right now, with my calculations my 56 days end on 9th august but as I received ur message its going to end on 11th July, my other packs also end so early. I dnt have time to complaint that doesn’t mean this was (1/2)

@ViCustomerCare I've already done all trouble shooting. Issue is not in settings or phone. You have already identified the issue, location is over 1.5 km from nearest vi tower. You have identified solution, a repeater or a new tower needs to be installed. Patience is there,but it's running out!

@ViCustomerCare Really? Do you ever called the numbers?... Everytime asking to put numbers, numbers, numbers. I want to talk with customer care executives?... Any other toll free numbers? I'm using Vodafone from my first mobile 2005. Today I experienced worst ever.
