    @ViCustomerCare I am experiencing persistent, poor call quality in Kochari (591340). Multiple complaints have gone unresolved. Please address this urgently; otherwise, I will be forced to port my number. @Vi

    5/ @ViCustomerCare your network quality is already poor, but your customer service is even worse. A genuine long-time customer with valid government ID gets treated like a fraud case over a corrected DOB. Absolutely pathetic experience at VI Store, Kamrej, Surat.

    @ViCustomerCare Many users here want to port to Vi, but the lack of proper network coverage is making it impossible. Kindly arrange a Vi tower in our area as soon as possible. 425419 khapar Maharashtra
