    @ViCustomerCare You must have the minimum decency to at least help people PORT OUT since that is what @TRAI mandates... Blocking SMS is anyway a poor decision, but blocking messages to important numbers like 1900 is in bad taste and should not be permitted.

    @ViCustomerCare in spite of activating complete DND on the app, why do I keep getting unsolicited calls and SMSes? In fact, in addition to doing this, twice I have called your customer service and registered for complete DND. Every time I am given assurance..

    @ViCustomerCare @trai ur telecallers don't even know how to talk with a customer. Relationship.managers are behaving like Pappu. They r taking the vi down and wouldn't be surprised if in next 12 months vi is out of india. All the best

    @TRAI Hi Team, I am unable to send sms at 1900. I spoke with Customer Care representative, she asked me to recharge with 128 or above. I already recharged and there is main balance of more than 7 rupees. @ViCustomerCare Could you explain the reason of blocking the sms?
