@ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia From 217GB to 94GB when plan changed from 399 to 499 (without asking me) Then from 94GB to 60GB after I reverted back to 399. That’s how you rob a customer of 150+GB of data in matter of mins! Fraud has a new definition, and that’s VI !
