    I have been complaining repeatedly about network issues but nothing has been done. Please find solutions for my location, otherwise porting will be the way to go. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Now Network restore but Speed 50 kbps/s in 5 G. Can explain its your 5G service.

    @ViCustomerCare @Drnandu_deepu Worst kind of service. No signal and no or very very slow data speed most of the time. Network team is closing complaints with fictitious resolution.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare, my number ending 6949 was due for activation at 11:31 PM on 27 Jul after porting, but it still shows No Service. My old SIM is already inactive. I cannot make calls, receive SMS/OTPs, use data, or log in to work systems. Please activate it urgently.
