@ViCustomerCare wow so now ul restrict customer frm sending sms just bcoz they did a low amount recharge. on wat basis can u do tht i am ready to lay the tariff how can ul restrict one frm sending sms. til this month start doing the same recharge i was able to send sms now suddenly restricted

@ViCustomerCare Literally, the worst network and customer service in india. I've been trying to reach the customer care and all I get to hear is try these steps. I've not been able to connect to data for past two days inspite of having an active data plan.

@ViCustomerCare Hi Vi team, I haven't received any kind of text message (incoming)i.e. personal and banking SMS since last 3 days. I am unable to do any financial transactions.I have also registered my complaint with your costumer support team but still not resolve. Pls Help
