Using this operator since about a 10 years now, never faced any issue, despite all mergers, AGR dues and all, but recently about a month ago, calls suddenly started dropping and the network goes out all of a sudden, and now there is no network @ViCustomerCare (1/2)

@ViCustomerCare See how bad services you are giving- Recharged Rs.78 for callertune. Activated callertune successfully But callertune not playing on my number while on 4G Volte. Callertune playing on my number while changing my network mode into 2G or 3G mode. How ridiculous?!

@ViCustomerCare From last one year vodafone is facing bad network problem. Whenever we made a plan to connect with any other network, Vodafone assuredly stopped it and we also did not go to any other network hoping to fix the problem. But now the patience has run out.
