@ViCustomerCare issue 1 - I was in the Postpaid plan earlier with a corporate plan of 51rs per month but without informing me you have revised the plan to 399 plan which i was not interested in. Finally I moved to Prepaid.

Earlier my number was in airtel postpaid, after paying full bill we became prepaid customer in vi but after 2 months airtel stopped the facility on our number airtel said some bill is due We also filled that due but till now our number service @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare
