    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia Thanks Vi today i received your 10year loyalty reward as my sim was network issue so I went to pune vi store and they charge me for 120Rs for SIM replacement reason for everyone turn to @reliancejio network.

    I regret to say that buying VI sim has been headache for me. Even I am not able to recharge through VI app. Worst service by Vodafone 😪 @Vodacom @ViCustomerCare @vodafoneIN_Fdtn

    @ViCustomerCare most of us in our society (Globus Fab City Chunabhatti Bhopal) have Vi GSM connections but facing network problem since long time. Unable to talk from inside of houses. Internet speed is also poor. Pl resolve this issue otherwise we have to change operator

    @ViCustomerCare Vi's network connectivity is very slow in our area, i complained many times but there is no improvement. On calling the customer care, it was said that we upgrade our services but still network issues various times. Pin-482002
