    @ViCustomerCare Well it wasn't related to any problem regarding my Vi number. I just asked DoT regarding errors in calculation of AGR which has generated pressure on Vi's survival in India (regarding debt). They should decrease the dues on Vi so that it can exist in India. Hope you got my point.

    @ViCustomerCare Sent DM multiple times, but nothing positive response received...only received the instructions to do the setting change..I used this VI sim in different handset but same problem found in every handset..I think nothing to be done by your team, I have to do something like MNP...

    @ViCustomerCare inform me dt Vi hav not 4G network. Aisa koi solution deta hai kya? I'm counting 90 days. Save me God for 90 days. I apel to all people pls don't connect with Vi. Your 90 days may be horrible.

    @ViCustomerCare facing network issue at Santacruz west mumbai 400054 end of 16 th road . my office has 5 vodafone numbers which are used as helpline for a service industry .cannot afford to loose network .need solution quickly
