    @ViCustomerCare Very pathetic service. Six days back I have registered a complaint as there is no internet in my mobile. Till date no response from the company. The issue yet to be resolved. I am totally disappointed & disgusted.

    @ViCustomerCare I am not sure how my earlier tweet for the complaint for spamming my inbox with mail meant for phone number 8390011312 was deleted. Why can't you simply remove my mail ID from that person's account? @cyberdost This is very unprofessional on part of VI. Help me.

    @ViCustomerCare exchanging SIM is a nightmare. In spite of customer drain, your service is pathetic. Struggling to change my SIM card for 15 days now. I wonder why should customer choose your service ? Down with VI.
