@ViCustomerCare Did you know that voidafone, the most cheating company at the moment, sent me a bill for no reason after taking the number to another company and shutting down my line two months later, resulting in an irreparable loss. Please keep an eye on this company.

@ViCustomerCare I'm using this network since 2004, but now a days Vi's service is utter flop. Signal strength is too low and data speed is less than 2G. So many times I complained about this issue. But still it's not rectified. So I'm going to port to another network.

@ViCustomerCare internet is not working in my phone from last 2 months bcz volte appears very rarely. I can't use any web or app. I tried ur all instructions nd also put the sim into different device but volte didn't come. I think I have the only option is Port @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare fracuatated with Vodafone network. After complaining network issues through vi app no more solution or resolution provided. @TRAI to take action against such network who provides 2G speed with 4G name. @vodafone

@ViCustomerCare Is there any use of adding Fastest on your connection. I've been facing the same issue for a long check my all tweets, that haven't been solved yet. I can't even use proper 3G. and you're talking about 4G here

@ViCustomerCare VI app sends notifications to update the app every 2nd day. What kind of nuisance is this? Which new features and stability you bring to app which anyway lags and is v slow?
