    @ViCustomerCare my old postpaid plan Acc 49 has been terminated suddenly and new costly plan is forcefully given. Your customer care says my old plan is unavailable in the market. Please restore my old plan, otherwise I don't want your services.

    @ViCustomerCare we are now in early stage of 5G, But you are struggling to give Internet speed of 4G. Very pathetic Internet service. Please Improve Internet speed quality in my area if possible. others operators are having no issue only vodafone is having poor Internet service.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Vi executive My vi sim number 9081497191 had been shut off by you due to some documentation update issue. Which i already did 2 3 month ago. The sim was bought from Gujarat and now i live in haryana and i am not able to reactivate it. Pls help.

    @ViCustomerCare May I know if any of @ViVodaidea customer misses to pay its bill then how many times u wud send payment pending reminders? Multiple times thru various mode -phone, emails, texts, WhatsApp! U guys don’t leave a penny but if a customer is requesting for solution u guys easily 4get.

    @ViCustomerCare December 14th and after visiting stores another 3 times and having spoken to 10 different agents and 20 mails and 30 calls later, happy to inform that my service request is STILL PENDING. Way to go Vi Thumbs up🙌🙏🙏
