    Hey @ViCustomerCare, stop pushing the "InstaMoney" loan offer. It charges ₹199 upfront, fails to support basic banks, and then asks for sensitive PDFs on WhatsApp. It feels like a total trap to fool loyal users. Please vet your partners better

    @ViCustomerCare I just ran out of data before the expiry of my Rs 365 plan which according to your VI app is an Unlimited Data Plan . Why mislead the customers. I believe time has come to change the network service. #Vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare It has been a long time, and I still haven't received any satisfactory response regarding my mobile number. I need my SIM reactivated as soon as possible. Is this really how you treat your customers? No one is listening or taking responsibility.

    @ViCustomerCare this time I will take you to the consumer court for your pathetic service. I wanted to port out and you all are doing it intentionally to stop me from porting out . I called 198 and Mr subhojit roy simply refused to take my complaint and disconnected the line
