  @ViCustomerCare I have made many complaint's for my signal strength and internet for past 2.5 Years since Covid started, still its not fixed, more over i am post paid customer, shame on your customer service. I saw some one selling Vi sim, with out proper signal and internet.

  @Imsattty @ViCustomerCare They won't do anything. I've been facing issues for last 4 months. On an average 5kb/s They assured multiple times. Even got my SIM changed cz these clueless people thought dt was the problem. Finally, 2 weeks ago they said they could not improve any further.

  @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN @vodafone Simply asking for refund against my overpaid money which is clearly reflecting in ur account statement as verified from Vodafone Store.A clear cut case of over charging. Chasing over 6 months & you are not ready to issue refund. Why ????
