@ViCustomerCare @Iamshahbaz_mohd If we DM for coverage issue then you will tell there is building block, road block,therefore weak signal,you will ask us to go to next building,if we ask for vowifi volte and esim you will tell you don’t have… then what to ask you??.

My sim card stopped working and I though its because I had old card of IDEa and they merged and became VI, so I went to store and done verification. After two hours it was not working so again I went to store and did the same thing twice and still not working @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare finally after 1.5 months vi executives called me and asked sir, aapki problem kya hai. Every time new person call me and ask my issue. I told many times but no resolution provided. So time to have a look for invested also as I think vi future is not good.
