    @ViCustomerCare this ridiculous!!! Im getting calls everyday despite being on DND and raising this issue multiple times. If you cant figure this simple thing yet(per your DM's), you have bigger issues in managing your business & customers so why try to retain them?

    @ViCustomerCare I want to bring your attention to a problem I m facing. My father has 2 sim and his Vi sim doesn't have outgoing call and when I contacted the vi support I was said that since I wasn't making any calls from them the outgoing call has been barred due to inactivity.

    @ViCustomerCare Absolute cowardice! Agent Sachin Kumar gave fake updates all day, and now his phone is DEAD. Paid extra for a VIP number, yet treated like garbage. Grievances ignored, delivery vanished. Is this a business or a fraud ring? Fix this TODAY! #ViIndia @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare you said ownership cant be transferred if there's no blood relation .. however, the person, your Vodafone store executive, who advised me to "send any of your friend in mumbai to take your number so that it is blocked and not available to anybidy else, you can change the ownership from her later" - as a method to keep my 12 yrs old number with myself, after one unnecessary and non-notified deactivation, WAS WRONG ? WHY YOUR EXECUTIVES ARE NOT PROPERLY TRAINED ? WHY YOU ARE SAYING DIFFERENT FROM WHAT HE ADVISED ? WHY WILL A LOYAL 14YR OLD CUSTOMER SUFFER DUE TO YOUR EMPLOYEES MISGUIDANCE ?

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Your team asked me to wait 72 hours for SIM home delivery booked on 16 May. That time is now over and still no delivery or update. No response from support either. This is highly unprofessional and misleading. Resolve this immediately. #Vi #PoorService
