    @ViCustomerCare why i never get 4G+ network? It has always been 4G only, never 4G+ since i bought the new sim of Vi. It has been one month since i have been using your services. 4G+ have less latency rate compared to 4G. and speed is also slow in 4G.

    @ViCustomerCare Shadab it's been 3 days I am not able to access any service because someone else used the connection on my name. How the connection is given to someone else whom I don't know. This is the way VI is using our personal data.
