    @ViCustomerCare NEVER GO FOR VI. I bought two numbers 7527051000 & 7528051000 from VI STORE JYOTI CHOWK, JALANDHAR CITY on 3/11/21. Till date I have not got any signal on both Sim cards to call 59059 for verification. Sim swapping has also been done but with no positive RESULT.

    @ViCustomerCare I shared the number and the screenshot of the sms. I don't want any value added service ever. I am ok with only calls. If this won't be resolved then the only option for me is MNP. It's not the first time this has happened. Already lost money because of this.

    @ViCustomerCare I have facing serious issues with my Vodafone no. 9811174961 since last 3 days. Voice calling extremely bad and no internet connectivity at all. Called Mumbai customer care several times but they disconnect call and don't provide resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare I would appreciate if you could get back to me please. I have issues connecting to a specific website. The same website opens fine on a different connection and on the same mobile/laptop. I’m using a Vi sim in a 4g dongle. Issue persists on different dongles.

Being a brand with valueable market growth, you guys don't have any after sale service.Kindly provide my mother's number ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing lot of issues using VI. Not able to contact helpline as well and even though I DM my personal phone number in twitter, they are not responding. Don't want to use this network any more. I don't suggest VI to anyone

    @ViCustomerCare kindly don't activate value added services on your own to a customer. Already contacted customer service before regarding this but still you people are doing the same. Now i think it's time to go for MNP as your services is headache for me.
