    @ViCustomerCare worst customer care support, I called CC 10 times regarding network problem. unable to use internet and voice call services from last 24 hours and CC executives are not serious to solve my problem and keep fooling customer to hangup the call with stupid excuses.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi! I cannot pick up calls that's why I was coordinating via emails and I have also shared screenshots of the calls which you said I picked up in roaming which I never did. Yet nothing has been resolved. Sorry but there is nothing genuine here.

    @ViCustomerCare @nch14404 I bought a new Vi sim yesterday at 10AM. the internet speed for the first 3 to 4 hours was nice but after that I hardly able to type a msg, the speed got worsen also unable to connect to VOLTE. Also contact customer care but didn't get any solution 🤬🤬.
