@VodafoneIN I am really thankful to you guys to solve the issue previously. However, we are facing issues with Internet now. Connection loss frequently and get super low speed.. Need to restart mobile data in few minutes to resume connection. Sending you gps location with this.

@VodafoneIN Situation has forced me to discontinue the plan and go for prepaid. Unfortunately it comes at a cost of 1.25 month excess rental and waste of precious time. Real question remains unanswered about increase in tariff and hoax customer care. Hence I want @TRAI to act.

@ViCustomerCare Is there any way to stop your promotion message about double data, weekend data etc. Because to use it you need have a stable 4G/VOLTE connection or we can watch movies on your network using 2G/3G network. Ur network just switches from 4G/3G/2G in round robin.

@ViCustomerCare Every thing is good with vi like offers ,tariffs But the main problem is signal poor internet connectivity in lot of areas Earlier it's super speed Giganet ,now it's dropping to H H+ 3g and even 2g too So please improve / solve connectivity issues

I have also provided alternate number to @ViCustomerCare as I dont even receive messages or calls. Even customer care person tried to send a message which I did not receive. I can understand there can be technical issues, but atleast expect some response. This is quite irritating
