    @ViCustomerCare I keep some balance but as soon as your system finds an un-utilised balance, it gets greedy and activates Caller tune services putting shameful songs spoiling our reputations. Then your customer service denies and when informed about legal proceedings, they process for a refund.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare I have been complaining about my network issue for last 2 years. I am using postpaid card and I am not getting basic facility of network. Dropping of call 10-12 times a day have become common.I have not used your internet for past 3-4 months.

    @ViCustomerCare it's day in day out only one message reflect SMS can't send error 38. If same problem continues we have to port to other operator. I had tried with Vi app but no results. Look in to it.

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare worst ever customer service from vi Store vazakala again. Vodafone never cared customer. VI are happy to provide duplicate sim if possible without even doing proper verification. Still company stays with the employee who done blunder.

    @ViCustomerCare No worries you can call after few days once the network comes back on itself and you can close the complaint. You won't be able to resolve just one your representative calls and confirms the address and then close it.

    @ViCustomerCare I have a S22 Ultra and 10 year customer and your network does not enable VOLTE and calls run back to Edge (2G). I just now visited @airtelindia and it just works activated 4g & Volte in 20 mins .no wonder people are leaving you #vodafoneidea #poorcustomerservice

    @ViCustomerCare why are you guys even providing network to people ? The worst network I have ever used , such call disconnects, no proper voice coming over call , never connects a call in one go. Just let me know and give me one reason y I should still use ur network?

    @ViCustomerCare Replied with all details. This was escalated few months back too and went unresolved. VI does not care of refunding money owed but calls multiple times everyday for dues of some person not related. This is bad service and poor process of registration at your end. #vodafoneidea
