    @siddhubhimani @VodafoneIN Yes you are right, Now vodafone metwork and services are too pathetic. Facing same concern in my area and i am compaining since 12.08.2020. No actions taken yet. Only complaint closing they are doing to maintain their target and achievements.

    @VodafoneIN @youbroadband there are multiple similar complaints like mine and are yet to be resolved. I think there is some serious issue with your customer service. Either you don't have workforce or people are not willing to work.

    I've received a faulty bill where they have added extra internet charges whereas my internet pack shows full along with extra carry forwarded net GB available for usage. Customer support no. is not working right now. Help @VodaIdea_NEWS @idea_cares @VodafoneIN @VodafoneCust

    @ViCustomerCare Many operators are playing this caller tune once in a day but in VI whenever I call same person this tune starts first. This is really bad. I also use Jio but there is no problem.

    Hiii.... @ViCustomerCare maine bahot complain register ki lekin sirf solved msg me likha hua aya problem to sloved nai hoti hai. My Rating your vi services is 5 star in very bad network & speed and etc.

    @rupaldalal15 @VodafoneIN I have switched to jio.. connectivity is quite good. And net also.. airtel is good .. i use both.. Vodafone is now dustbin.. poor quality of network..

    @VodafoneIN Why donโ€™t I get wifi calling on my phone! Being an idea customer transferred to Vodafone, I should get the same benefits as the Vodafone customers get!

    @ViCustomerCare 4/ I raised a formal complaint explaining everything. I also clearly informed Vi that my Vi numbers were unreachable because they had no service and provided my overseas contact number for all communication.

    Finally I want to say THANK YOU @ViCustomerCare After 2years network issue resolved. Special thanks to Nakib Choudhary, DT Engineer, who personally visited the tower site and spent nearly an hour in my room, carefully checking and fixing the issues.

    @ViCustomerCare TWEET (4/6) Recently, when I decided to port my number, your customer care executive Amit requested me to give Vi one last chance. Trusting his assurance, I recharged again and waited for a week. Unfortunately, nothing changed.

    @ViCustomerCare 3/ When I contacted Vi, I was told that IR could only be activated by sending an SMS from the same SIM. Think about that for a moment. No network โžœ No SMS. No SMS โžœ No IR. No IR โžœ Still no network. A perfect catch-22.

    Hello vi care we are unable to use stable vi internet connection . 1 min internet accha hota h 1min bilkul koi msg send tak nhi hota hai baar bar flight mode lgana padta h har 2 min m .. recharge unlimited ka hai but what about service unlimited chale bhi to @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare wrost service by vi i recharge on 12/06/2026 rs 579 of 56 days which is end on06/08/2026 but my pack end on 04/08/2026 how this u justified this fraud by your company

    @ViCustomerCare Zero network in my village Paldi Rathod (PIN 382810). Your system shows perfect coverage for this PIN because neighboring Charada and Bilodra have strong signals. But Paldi Rathod is right between them and has no network at all. Please check the ground reality!
