    Called @JioCare @reliancejio to explain the problem but they showed no interest no intent to solve or understand. Pure laziness and carelessness by @JioCare forcing people to switch back to @airtelindia or @VodafoneIN which offer excellent network and superior customer service

    @VodafoneIN Situation has forced me to discontinue the plan and go for prepaid. Unfortunately it comes at a cost of 1.25 month excess rental and waste of precious time. Real question remains unanswered about increase in tariff and hoax customer care. Hence I want @TRAI to act.

    @TRAI @VodafoneIN I have been using Vodafone since last 7 years. I am facing issue of data access at my home location. For which I have been complaining since last 8 months. But no resolution has been given till time, I have complained many times.

    @VodafoneIN never misses to trouble me. They did my post to pre request after 5 days. But they didnt do the recharge of 501₹ to my account which they took from me 5 days back Now i am not able to call or receive calls. Thank you @VodafoneIN

    Hi VI @ViCustomerCare ! Very Poor data coverage network in Shirdi Saibaba, Ahmedngar, Maharashtra area. This is not expected in such popular destination. I ve been calling to ur cstmr care since 3 months. waiting for immediate resolution. Otherwise no options left for me.

    @ViCustomerCare my sim card blocked without my knowledge when i call to customer care they dined to help and very rude to me.the of CSA ankit rathode is very abusive and rude .he waited me likely 1 hour to spoke supervisor. I just MNP my sim from airtel to vi 2 days ago.

    The complaint number C004-141489043457 was registered since internet was not working for corporate number 7391042440. TT was resolved without verifying at this side. This is an example of extremely poor quality of service. The issue remains. @ViCustomerCare

    The genius of @ViCustomerCare . I raised a complaint for network issues, that people can't reach me when they try to call. If I call someone, they cant hear my voice. Vodafone closed the ticket saying "we tried to reach you but couldn't". Ticket closed. #Vodafone #vodafoneidea

    @ViCustomerCare I paid the postpaid bill of my mobile number 7310311311 by scanning the QR code on the bill through GPay. Now customer care and office is saying bill is not paid. What is this fraud ? I have all the proofs of payment.
