  @VipulPa00387018 @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare They keep giving same reply. That Rs. 49 has 14 days. But when i bought the pack it was 28 days validity, and Vi provided service only for 14 days, which is deficiency in service and unfair trade practices. Vi does this everytime, irrespective of the plan. Vi is super fraud.

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Is vodafone now stopping to provide proper network services. I'm using same card from more than 14 years. Staying at the same place from 10 years. From last one year, your network service is very poor. Neither your internet works. Should I move to other com?

  It's already 10:30 AM and as per vodafone india website working hours for store is 10:00 AM to 7:00PM. Now what should a customer do stand outside and wait when the store open and his issues get resolved...?? @ViCustomerCare It is the 2nd store I am visiting and it's closed..?

  @ViCustomerCare have ported out of Vi but my final bill still has the wrongful charges that your customer care assured me last month were cancelled. This has got to be India's worst phone service. Please call me asap to resolve.
