@ViCustomerCare worst people to deal with. 1) no action against misbehaviour of their staff 2) same false promises repeatedly on all messages and call but no action 3) charging money for zero network. 4) 5-6 people calls one after another saying we dont want to loose connection

@ViCustomerCare still volte problem is not solved, whenever I’m placing a call the network switches to 2G and then the class is placed it even takes alot of time for the call to connect. @ViCustomerCare please assist ASAP thinking to port back to @Airtel_Presence
