Contacted @VodafoneIN customer care thrice today for a confusion about data packs. They were so confused and didn't had the answer. Wish @VodafoneIN plans were as simple as @reliancejio and @airtelindia

@ViCustomerCare Fraud is being done by Vodafone employees, even after the customer has switched off the SIM, the store employees are not closing- not resolved problem by Vi- moved everyone next operator
