@ViCustomerCare Why are you guys scamming people with false packages/plans, which doesn't work at all? Are you guys aware that your IR package (USA) just have internet and nothing else. You can't recieve the calls from India or make a call to India or else where.

@ViCustomerCare Due to VI payment portal issue, my payment has gone to another connection. Raised refund SR on 05/06 but till today refund has not been issued. Until unless amount is refunded, it's impossible to make payment. Payment Due date is 18/6. Details shared in DM as well
