    Contacted @VodafoneIN customer care thrice today for a confusion about data packs. They were so confused and didn't had the answer. Wish @VodafoneIN plans were as simple as @reliancejio and @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare what kind of service do you provide to me, I had no network on my phone since morning. You humiliated me with your poor relationship with the customers, I surely port my number & register a complaint regarding this for what purpose I will pay you my bill now.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare July bill issue is still not resolved. I have been billed for roaming data without using it. For 3 weeks I don’t have connection as the incorrect bill is over credit limit. Why I should pay the monthly charge for as I don’t even have service for no fault of mine

    @ViCustomerCare Request to find a way though. Pimpri 411017 is another such opportunity area. Smaller signal boosters. Private/ Building specific boosters, some other ideas. Request to resolve basic calling network needs. 2G/3G instead of 4G is ok, E perhaps is not.

    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to receive OTPs and not file my ITR because you couldn't provide me network for 23 days now! Worst customer service ever. Every second day you guys just message saying that you are working on my request! 23 days is insane

    @ViCustomerCare Very poor service from vi i port my number Airtel postpaid to vi postpaid but I am not Able to receive or do call nd also message only able to use internet and than I call customer care they said you have to wait 2 days This is my only number 0 star service From @ViCustomerCare
