  Contacted @VodafoneIN customer care thrice today for a confusion about data packs. They were so confused and didn't had the answer. Wish @VodafoneIN plans were as simple as @reliancejio and @airtelindia

  @sabaxec @ViCustomerCare The way I understand, they removed sms for most combo packs, we need to recharge something north of 129 or so, to get outgoing sms validity. Very nice service.🙄😭

  @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia pathetic customer service and systems. Only can harass customer. Specially Mr vishal in your JMD gurgaon centre and centre head in gurgaon sector 14. Even worst customer care staff. Basic request of esim can’t be facilitated. Porting out.
