@ViCustomerCare When network is so terrible that even calls to 198 get dropped due to bad connectivity and thus unable to register complains on same I hope you realise the irony of the above situation I am tired of shenanigans from Voda Resolve the issue

They are not allowing any friends to help us either. It would have been much easy to get a new sim to as we know we have 100 different places to update a number and unfortunately everywhere we need to physically present. Feels like back in 90s @ViCustomerCare
