@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIoT Pathetic service from VodafoneIdea India for M2M SIM cards in Hyderabad, India. SIM cards never got activated, billing started and now no leads on disconnection as well. Vi is such a pain.

@ViCustomerCare Please stop asking your customer to visit vi store of other state to resolve the issue. My number suddenly got deactivated without prior notice when I was in roaming. It's not possible for me to visit other state vi store. Nearest vi store is not able to help

@ViCustomerCare Please do not buy Vi sim card and do not port in Vi. Because VI provide very slow speed and customer support very bad not solve any problem and very bad behaviour. Please do not buy VI sim card. Bcoz I can not take my class every day Why I am using bad vi sim.

@ViCustomerCare I’m totally fed up with the worst service from. It was my stupidest decision to port to Vi. I’m using 2G speed internet in 5G cellphone. Worst customer service with no technical knowledge. VoLTE is not available. I’m done. Porting out soon
