    Contacted @VodafoneIN customer care thrice today for a confusion about data packs. They were so confused and didn't had the answer. Wish @VodafoneIN plans were as simple as @reliancejio and @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare for your information, I ported my sim from Airtel to vi in October 2021. Thought it will resolve my problem but same issue which used to be there with Airtel network @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare switching from you to @airtelindia because, when I requested for an updated SIM card at your Goregaon East centre, they asked for a million documents and to clear all unbilled payments! Have been your customer for 15 years with timely payments!

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Need an update on complaint number 4-126452654720. The due date for the complaint was 03rd January 22. I was told that there would be an engineer visit and improvement in the DATA & CALL Network. NO IMPROVEMENT YET IN THE NETWORK. What is Vi doing about it??
