    @ViCustomerCare @KumarMBirla @rmstakkar Ur internet service is very terrible, it's all the time. Customer service doesn't work. 199 and 198 not available. Without internet you can't complain on vi app. Even if we try, there is virtual assistant. Its horrible totally.

    @ViCustomerCare @choudhari00 No need to pay attention to him. If he was so much annoyed with vi, he would have switched to another service provider. As far as I know, VI is best service provider in India right now. Charges reasonable and good connectivity.

    @ViCustomerCare your executive had called but he couldn't understand the issue and he said he will call back after discussing with the team but I got no calls after that.Kindly don't waste my time if u can't solve the issue tell me , i wil leave d issue, pay & move 2 other netwrk
