@ViCustomerCare when I make a complaint, you call me and ask me what is the problem? I think I put the problem legibly. Also, sometimes you call me and tell me 'Your DND is active'. I know that. But it's not followed. Calling customer w/o valid info is also called disturbing.

@ViCustomerCare @DisneyPlusHS Please provide indoor coverage or vowifi or esim. Waiting for long time for your better service. Still waiting. There is nothing other than 2g and no improvement or any updates. For availing your services customer has to go out each and every time to get your services.

@ViCustomerCare There is an irregular and careless response from all over the team I’ve contacted who always forwards/skips the complaint from their hands to other team across VI. The loop repeats again and again. Now I'm not allowed to switch to other network within 90 days.
