    @DoT_India, absolute mockery of @TRAI guidelines by @ViCustomerCare. Repeatedly calling customers just because we are porting to another operator. Not only this, the executives who call have no decency or politeness. They are very rude. Is this how you plan to retain customers?

    @ViCustomerCare the worst service I have ever seen in telecom service in India. I have taken new card but did not call within 24 hours. Now u r store says if not activated within 24 he's, my new sim will not be activated ever. To take new sim. What these idiotic rule. 2/

    @ViCustomerCare I am vodafone customer from past 8 years but haven't facing this type of poor service. Problem not resolved yet, no one called to discuss my problem, I am still facing signal problem and call drops. Will port sim to airtel..@airtelindia Thankyou for ur 8 years service
