    Contacted @VodafoneIN customer care thrice today for a confusion about data packs. They were so confused and didn't had the answer. Wish @VodafoneIN plans were as simple as @reliancejio and @airtelindia

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, please work on your network. Getting poor VoLTE network signal from last 6-7 days, maximum time it's downgraded and sometime no signal. Resolve the issue at the earliest otherwise I will look for Port Out. Thanks in advance.

    @ViCustomerCare I have recharged for data for 56 days. But for a month now, I am not getting any data connectivity on my phone. I have had terrible experience with customer care. The support staff have been rude.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi have been getting the poorest service a company can give. That's from you guys. Despite having daily data limit, it doesn't work at all. Will certainly port out soon.
