    Contacted @VodafoneIN customer care thrice today for a confusion about data packs. They were so confused and didn't had the answer. Wish @VodafoneIN plans were as simple as @reliancejio and @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare I had to change the ownership of number and for that I converted my VI prepaid to post-paid as suggested by vi store executive. He emphasised I can switch back to prepaid after 2 months. Now after 2 months they are refusing to take my request. Please help. #VI

    @ViCustomerCare My mobile number was working on 30th april but right now it's not and it's been registered to someone else in these 4 days. Really pathetic and the sole reason i am porting every VI SIM card in my household to other providers. Thanks for the pathetic service!

    Since years requested @ViCustomerCare to change account nature from corp to individual,&got false commitments assurances of change of account type by next bill cycle,but Voda continues to shamelessly mislead & bill under corporate plan to extort under excess bill #help #unethical

    @ViCustomerCare I have never accessed any games hub. Just woke up today morning. My phone was on airplane mode. When I logged on Vi network, I have received a SMS stating that I accessed games hub and I have been charged INR 20. I mean what is this day time robbery!?

    @ViCustomerCare whenever I am calling someone or receiving calls, in first call always both parties are unable to her anything and had to recall. Have been facing this issue quite some time now

    @ViCustomerCare you guys have made a habit to loot prepaid customers by having different validity dates for different packs on a particular number. The customer is bound to make a mistake and then you can loot his data and talktime.
