Vodafone Idea redefining customer service. They called me. A recorded msg said it is an important call. Then kept me on hold for 2mins to connect with an executive. The customer can wait, but the executive cannot. A-M-A-Z-E. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI @vodafone last time i checked there was no such clause that if we don't recharge then the number won't get registered to network. Incoming and outgoing calls would be stopped but incoming messages were still available. What is this nonsense.
