Contacted @VodafoneIN customer care thrice today for a confusion about data packs. They were so confused and didn't had the answer. Wish @VodafoneIN plans were as simple as @reliancejio and @airtelindia

There’s a leakage in your network. It’s likely hacked because my data is depleting when I am not using it for any videos or even not watching much social media feed with photo or video, but only text. Also, the network availability is infrequent @ViCustomerCare

My father after switching to Airtel from Vi was really disappointed from Airtel. Finally today, i got his sim ported back into Vi. He doesn't use 5G because of WiFi, so Vi was the best choice for him. Because we don't want to blindly support Jio and Airtel. @ViCustomerCare
