  Sixth, I have never ever seen any Public company that can't provide a toll free customer care number. To call on @AxisBankSupport, we need to do a specific Main balance recharge over and above Bundle pack on @ViCustomerCare network. Though, @reliancejio doesn't charge extra.

  @ViCustomerCare If first recharge has to be done at the store, then why have you not trained your customer service at stores to implement the same? Why did the agent tell me to recharge online after delivering the SIM?

  @ViCustomerCare After paying 28 days for 3gb/day, why am I being give only 1gb on the last day of validity??? That was a rude shock. It highly unethical and devious behaviour.

  Hi @ViCustomerCare I have one postpaid connection since 5 year. now from the fee months I am not able to make call frequently and now this issue is extended. please look into this issue otherwise please close my connection.
