Arre yaar @ViCustomerCare airtel allows dismissing corona message (press 1), jio doesn't have it, but Vi customers must face 30 second harassment before every call? WHY??? What if it's emergency. Small things add up, and such things make people ditch you. Ab to sudhar jao.

@ViCustomerCare gave port out request today, after few hours got a call from lady(6390892711) pretend to be jio agent asked me, to fast-track process type SMS CANCEL <no> and send to 1900. So this is the way Vi wanted to retain their customer. Literally height of fraud activity.

@ViCustomerCare how often are songs updated on the VI callertune app, as most of the songs are not there.neither old nor new. Not having as much songs available for callertune would be my last issue to port out.
