    @ViCustomerCare Since Thursday, I’m in correspondence with the NewBEL Road Vi store manager; then the Malleshwaram Vi store manager. Tech team visited my place yesterday - no solution or alternative provided. I wish to escalate matter to Vi regional manager, please arrange call

    @ViCustomerCare very worst service in vi callertunes.1st recharge for callertune service then i see no new songs available for callertune also songs collection was very limited. Dont use vi callertunes with recharge just worthless.dont use it.

    @ViCustomerCare No sorry needed,It was intended to loose 15+ years of relationship. You failed loyalty made me paid for zero network inspite my repeated communication. You have just fooled, looted me, Thank me for not approaching Consumer Court yet. Now even if you provide lifetime free I ain't
