    @ViCustomerCare After talking to your rude technician Manish Pandey....I understood why you guys have such pathetic service. Your company have no system in place. Every guys calling from your end is like "Bataiye Sir kya dikkat hai" How many times I explain the same thing? Pathetic.

    Hi team, I complaint vi care about network status. They are saying, keep patience will resolve. And close the complaint 4 times without asking. As I prepaid for the service, although not getting proper network. Who's responsible? @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @jagograhakjago
