    You buy a product, they are not able to deliver. So, I ask to cancel it. You say me you can't cancel, wait until its delivered. If the sim got delivered also, I make sure to throw in the bin. All thanks to @ViCustomerCare not sure what to do with the complaint no.APR-V02106617661

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Vodafone Customer care I took a new SIM for my old number Yesterday from your Outlet in Kalkaji Delhi I was told the number / SM would start functioning after half an hour So far after nearly 21 hours number still not working Please help Thanks Ravi

    @ViCustomerCare Many users here want to port to Vi, but the lack of proper network coverage is making it impossible. Kindly arrange a Vi tower in our area as soon as possible. 425419 khapar Maharashtra

    @ViCustomerCare your self kyc system is very bad & slow, spent long time on the application but was not able to do. Charges are already paid in your application, pls send your delivery person. Order ending with 90663
