What a ridiculous way to resolve customer complaints by @airtelindia 1. Customer registers complaint in app 2. Airtel assigns target date 3. Airtel closes complaint on target date. The ridiculous part is “resolution” is missing in this process. @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I am unable to access 4G internet on my number despite multiple attempts and complaints. This is unacceptable service and a violation of consumer rights. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to file a formal complaint and initiate legal case

Hello @ViCustomerCare, My father’s number got disconnected even after ₹998 recharge. He had received DoT re-verification SMS, but before he could complete KYC the number was blocked. Please restore the service immediately and adjust the recharge amount. 🙏cc: @DoT_India @TRAI
