Hey @ViCustomerCare, my mobile data speed is 0.03 mbps DL & UL - I have changed the SIM, tried a new phone, visited the store thrice, called customer care, and complained on the app - your team says nothing can be done. I am on the verge of switching to another service provider.

Can @ViCustomerCare help me with the toll free complaint numbers mandated by TRAI. Both 198 & 199 are reflecting as invalid numbers. Certain toll free numbers and landline numbers only work when volte is switched off. No data connectivity. Many issues
