    @ViCustomerCare This is extremely horrible service My Grandmother is very sickly and can't visit the local customer service centre due to advanced age. My family and I have called on multiple occasions only for them to visit the home for recertification of KYC to no help

    I don't understand why this number of mine with Vi keeps getting suspended. If they can't fix the issue, they should just release the number so I can get it from another provider; the number is very important to me.@ViCustomerCare @vicu
