@ViCustomerCare As per your engineer VOLTE is inactive due to which I have an issue .I was advised to go to the gallery first you wait for 20 min were out of 6 people only 1 is servicing at 6pm & 5 too busy doing nothing at Powai outlet, then they say VOLTE is active whom to believe

@ViCustomerCare please stop cheating IR customers. Logic says - all activated IR plans must get started only when a customer actually uses an IR network and not on a domestic network from the date of request. Please do arrange a callback.
