How come, all my service requests getting closed citing 'customer not contactable' despite clear instructions that my SR should not get closed w/o confirmation this time. Nationalist (@rationalist65) reported@anjusabu @ViCustomerCare Same here. The IR roaming pack didn’t work and on complaining, they just compensated by reducing ₹1000 from the bill. In fact, entire amount should have been refunded when the outgoing calls were not working. It’s just a scam.
