@ViCustomerCare Your activation team is fraud. Sine ,I was moving to another network, I got a call from 8882134298 this morning citing from Voda asked to send message to stop services and start the other network service in 3 days. Instead, they cancelled my current PORT request.

@ViCustomerCare My main balance was deducted and the validity was extended without my consent. Kindly refund my 46 rs deducted or i will quit and port to @reliancejio. I'm a regular customer of VI network don't do this to your loyal users. Registered number over DM.
