    @VodafoneIN Such assurances have been given since long. How come, all my service requests getting closed citing 'customer not contactable' despite clear instructions that my SR should not get closed w/o confirmation this time. I need resolution not ticket closure, this is how you meet SLAs.

    @VodafoneIN Hi Team, again same issue.. last time I requested to your team ..stop international roaming that was enable without my acknowledgment. Recently I visited Melbourne and phone was working and in month of march bill you added extra amount. Please check and do the needful

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Complaint number MUM-V00746680137 & C094-125855475987 raised with Vodafone Idea Mumbai dated 04 December 2021 is STILL PENDING FOR RESOLUTION. IS THIS THE WAY THE SERVICE PROVIDER WORKS? I AM FACING FINANCIAL LOSS DUE TO THIS INCONVENIENCE.

Becoz I have lost my energy in explaining you guys..mails, WhatsApp, tweet , nothing works for you all.there are better plans and much better service providers #norespect

    @ViCustomerCare I am not getting even 2g data speed in my area. And my problem is not solved even I called many times at care. Tell me will you fix it or I will port it to @reliancejio just like my 2nd simcard whose speed is satisfactory.

    @ViCustomerCare i am using one sim and got another one 4 days back and until y'day it was working fine and smh it's network went away creating problem for me -_- can u tell me why the hell should i be with VI network anymore?

    @ViCustomerCare @DARPG_GoI @TRAI Hi When Vi System was down in From 1st Oct Till 1st week of Nov, Customers Unable to convert to prepaid..After Conversion,Coolly you guys are Sending Bill for PostpPaid For the Broken period in Nov Till date Of Conversion. How Is This Justified
