@VodafoneIN Such assurances have been given since long. How come, all my service requests getting closed citing 'customer not contactable' despite clear instructions that my SR should not get closed w/o confirmation this time. I need resolution not ticket closure, this is how you meet SLAs.

@ViCustomerCare I have recently recharged with a 4g data voucher worth ₹29 for 2gb, out of which I only used 200 mb and seems like I have wasted my money. So I request you to please make the service validity of data vouchers to plan validity. Don't be foolish, it's 21st century!

@ViCustomerCare Even after 10 days there is no change in there network issue . Same as usual slow and poor network internet speed . Only the formalities are done with us. If our network problem will no be solved as soon as possible in our area , we all change the sim to jio .

@ViCustomerCare I am still waiting for this for last 6 months and slowly losing hope. I have 4 GB per day day in both my connection, which I am not able to use. Seems no one care here? Im with Vi for last 7 years,never see this poor response. So you just want me to keep on paying without usage
